Today 15th October 2023, the joint clubs Abaji-Kpav honored Very Rev. Fr. Bernard Tsavwua Asogo on his numerous achievements and developmental strides since becoming the Parish Priests of St. Michael's Catholic parish Abaji -Kpav.
In the mass celebrated in company of the Asst. Parish Priest Rev Fr. David Alanyi; Fr Benard Asogo thanked the organisers and call for for all hands to be on deck to ensure a safe and peaceful coexistence in every part of Sh*tile, Sankera and world peace ✌️🕊️.
Since his appointment by Late bishop Adoboh of blessed memory as the priest in in-charge of St. Michael's parish in September 2019, the Parish have recorded tremendous spiritual and infrastratural growth, Fr. Asogo has always sued for peace and in the past worked tirelessly with other stakeholders during the security challenges in Abaji and Sankera in general for the return of peace. Fr Asogo has organized football tournaments and many other initiative to take youths of Sh*tile off the street and crime, sponsored the Parish football team to each of the Bishop's cup tournaments and other tournaments, establishment of St Michael's Science and Technical college Abaji-Kpav in order to catch the young ones in Handiworks, it is based on all these developmental strides and many other interventions that the entire Clubs and associations in the whole of Abaji-Kpav decided to give honor to whom honor is due.
