SUNDAY AUGUST 23RD.
TOPIC: PUT YOUR FAITH TO WORK
TEXT: JAMES 2:20
“But will thou know, o vain man that faith without works is dead?”.

Knowledge is good and profitable only when it is applied.

Information does not produce result unless it's been put to work, it is work that makes information or knowledge beneficial.

So is faith, until faith is expressed by work the wonders of faith will not manifest.

As a believer, you know that God is pleased by faith, and nothing is impossible before faith, but do you understand what faith is ?
Hebrews 11:6, Matthew 17:20.

The scriptures said we live by faith, and not by sight.
2 Corinthians 5:7(NIV)

Faith is a living and it's lived through work.

What is called faith in the holy scripture, are the works of men which expressed their believe in God. James 2:22-21.

Faith is justified and perfected through works.

Nobody receive anything from God by believing only, it is faith that bring the promise of God to a reality, even the salvation you received was confirmed to you by faith. Romans 10:9-10.

With your heart you believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God, and that God raised Him from the Dead, but salvation was granted you when you vocalize your believe in Him.

It is your confession with your mouth that he is the son of God, and that God raised Him from the dead, that's called faith.

Whatever you believe of God is within you, until you express your believe through works by doing what God instruct, you’re yet to have faith to please God for what you believe in Him.

Faith is the works, which expresses your believe.

So, show your faith by putting it to works.

SATURDAY AUGUST 22ND. TOPIC: LIVE FOR GREATNESS
TEXT: EPHESIANS 1:11
“It’s in Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for. Long before we first heard of Christ and got our hopes up, he had his eye on us, had designs on us for glorious living”

Greatness is lived upon discovery, people distinguished themselves for greatness by what they discovered.

The best chance for you to live for greatness in life is to discover your purpose in life.

One of the limitation that limit people for a life of greatness is ignorance of who they’re, and the purpose for their living.

Man’s identity and the purpose for his living, are what Adam lost for humanity by his disobedience.

Knowing who you are, and the purpose for your living is fundamental for you becoming great in life.

One of the purpose God brought you in Christ, and left you on earth, is for you to live a glorious life by discovering who you are, and the purpose you’re living for and fulfill it.

You are destined for greatness in Christ by God, the knowledge of your purpose for living is your key for living great.

Holy Spirit is given to you in Christ to discover who you’re, and the purpose you’re destined to fulfill for your life of greatness.
1 Corinthians 2:9-11.

Fellowship with the Holy Spirit through prayer, and meditation on God’s word builds you up for a life of fulfillment on earth in Christ.

The realm of greatness awaits you for your impact to your generation, make the most of it.

PRAYER: Dear father, I thank you for the gift of the Holy Spirit for the discovery of the mysteries of your kingdom to fulfill my purpose in life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FRIDAY AUGUST 21ST.
TOPIC: MANIFESTATION OF SONS.
TEXT: ROMANS 8:19
“ For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God”

The calling of believers by God in Christ, is for them to manifest as sons of God in the world.

The scripture said, that Jesus Christ manifested in the world as the son of God to destroy all the works of the devil, for the liberation of man.
1 John 3:8; Hebrews 2:15-15.

The world is earnestly waiting for believers to manifest as the sons of God, for their deliverance from the bo***ge of the corruption of the devil. Romans 8:19-21.

The manifestation of believers as the sons of God, are in three dimensions.

First dimension:
Manifestation of truth:
2 Corinthians 4:1-2.
Truth is man’s only hope of freedom from the bo***ge of devil’s corruption. John 8:32.

Jesus Christ is the truth, and freedom from devils bo***ge comes by the knowledge of whom Jesus Christ is to man, and whom man have become in Him, and what man can do with His name.

The world is waiting earnestly for the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ to be preached to them.

Second dimension: Manifestation of the nature of Jesus Christ:
Galatians 1:15-16.
To reveal His son in me, that I might preach Him among the heathen;…”

God called believers in Christ to live the nature and the life of Jesus Christ, and also to preach the same to the world for their deliverance from the bo***ge of the devil.

Third dimension:
Manifestation of the kingdom of Jesus Christ:
1 Corinthians 4:20.

The kingdom of Jesus Christ on earth is a demonstration of power. 1 Corinthians 2:4-5.

If people will believe in God through Jesus Christ for their salvation, the name of Jesus Christ should be demonstrated with power before them.

These are what manifestation of sons of God means.

PRAYER: Dear father, I thank you for calling me in Christ for the demonstration of your power , and glory for the salvation of the world through faith in your son, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

THURSDAY AUGUST 20TH.
TOPIC: GENERATION OF ROYALTY.
TEXT: GENESIS 17:5-6
“Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be called Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee. And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee”.

God promised Abraham that He will make him a father of many nations, and that nations, and kings shall come out of him.

This means that God has given the kingdom of the earth, and it’s governance to Abraham, and his generation.

“… nations, and kings shall come out of thee”.

This mean that the generation of Abraham shall be the rulers of nations, and kingdoms.

This also reveals that Abraham’s generation are royalties in the world.

There are three class of people in the society, First, The Royalty class, which are kings, and priests.

Second Noble class, which is the honourable people in the society.

Third, Commoners class, which is for the lowly in the society.

When God brought out the children of Abraham out of Egpyt, He told Moses that they will be unto Him a kingdom of priests, meaning that they will be kings and priests.

The children of Abraham being royalties on earth as kings and priests were fulfilled by God through Jesus Christ, by whom Abraham became the father of many nations, and kings and priests coming out of Abraham out of nations of the world. Revelation 5:9-10.

As a believer, you’re a child of Abraham, a king, and a priest, a royalty on earth.

Carry yourself with dignity.

PRAYER: Dear father, I thank you for my royal status in Christ as a child of Abraham through faith in Christ, I reign on earth as a king, and a priest, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

WEDNESDAY AUGUST 19TH. TOPIC: DOMINION.
TEXT: LUKE 12:32
"Fear nor, little flock; for it is your father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom".

When man was created, God gave man dominion over the whole earth. Genesis 1:28.

The word dominion refers to supreme authority, sovereign power, or the right to govern.

God gave man supreme authority to govern the earth as a king, so the earth at man’s creation is the domain of man. Psalm 115:16.

The earth was given to the control of man by God, so the earth is the kingdom of man.

The word kingdom is made of two words,
(1) King: (2) Domain:

Man as a king that has supreme authority over the earth which is his domain.

When God said to man, have dominion over the earth, this is God confirming the governing authority to man to govern the earth as it’s king.

When man was deceived by the devil to disobey God, one of the things that man lost was his kingdom the earth.

When Jesus Christ came, whose coming was to destroy all the work’s of the devil, He told man fear not, because it is the father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.

The question now is what kingdom, is it the kingdom where God dwell, or is it the kingdom of the earth?

To answer this, in the book of Daniel chapter two, according to Daniel’s interpretation to Nebuchadnezar’s dream, God reveal that He will establish His kingdom on earth which will take over the governance of the earth forever. Daniel 2:37-45.

The kingdom Jesus Christ said was the good pleasure of the father to give to us, is the kingdom of the earth, which is God restoring dominion of the earth to man.

Jesus began His mission on earth by saying, repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand, which is to say, the kingdom of heaven have arrive, which is Himself.
Matthew 4:17; Luke 17:20-21.

God has giving us the kingdom in Christ, and has restored man’s dominion over the earth also in Christ.
Colossians 1:13; Luke 17-20.

Those who are in Christ are in the kingdom of God on earth, and they’re reigning in dominion over the earth.

You’re a kingdomite!

PRAYER: Dear father, I thank you for making me a citizen of your kingdom in Christ, and have giving me dominion over the earth, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

TUESDAY AUGUST 18TH TOPIC: INHERITANCE OF THE SAINTS
TEXT: COLOSSIANS 1:12
"Giving thanks unto the father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light "

Inheritance of the saints is God's promised blessing which He promised to the world through Abraham, which will be fulfilled in Abraham's seed.

Inheritance of the saints is God's blessing for the children of Abraham, which establish a new order of human race through faith.

In Genesis 11, God divided the tongues of human race, to have them to fill all the face of earth, with the plan to bring them back as one people unto Himself by redemption.

To fulfill this plan, God called Abraham to begin the work of man's redemption, and their unity as one people unto Himself, with Abraham as their father.

Abraham is God's blessing of family membership with man to the world, it is through Abraham is God's family membership were issued to all humanity. Genesis 12:2-3

This inheritance of the saints in light is for all the children of Abraham through faith in the seed of promised. Genesis 22:18. This seed is Jesus Christ. Galatians 3:16.

The promise of Abraham being the father of many nations, and kings, and nations coming out of Abraham is fulfilled in Jesus Christ.

God's plan of redeeming man, and uniting them as one people unto Himself through Abraham, is fulfilled with Jesus Christ. Ephesians 2:1-16.

In Christ the Jews, and the Gentiles are Abraham's Children, and family of God, on earth. Galatians 3:29.

God brought believes in Christ as heir's of the eternal inheritance. Hebrews 9:14-15.

In opening scripture, Paul said, giving thanks unto the father who have made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light.

The word meet means, qualified, God has qualified, and approved you as a partaker of the inheritance of the saints in life. When do we give thanks?.

Before we receive a gift, or after we received a gift?
After we receive a gift, so in Christ you have received the promised inheritance, which you manifest through meditation and doing of God's word. James 1:22-25.

God brought you in Christ to live the promises inheritance, so live it.

PRAYER: Dear father, I thank you for making me one with the Jews as the children of Abraham through faith in Jesus Christ, to manifest the glory of the inheritance of the saints, in Jesus Name. Amen.

MONDAY AUGUST 17TH
TOPIC: THE BOND OF RELATIONSHIP
TEXT: JOHN 15:15
“Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his Lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my father I have made known unto you.”.

The reason for the broken relationship which has been experienced by many in our world today is caused by the ignorant of the bond of relationship.

This ignorant is also what caused the broken relationship between God, and man.

It is more easier to begin relationship with someone, but it is a great task to keep the relationship going.

When God saved humanity, and restored man back in relationship with Himself in Christ, He solved this problem for man, so that those who’re in relationship with Him in Christ, will enjoy the fullness of His blessing by bringing them back in relationship with Himself.

The bond of relationship is fellowship. God brought us back in relationship with Himself in Christ, for us to be in fellowship with Him.

What keep family relationship alive, and father and son relationship alive is fellowship.

When fellowship is broken among family members, among father, and son, or among husband and wife, the unity of the relationship is under attack.

When fellowship is broken the wisdom of the devil will take over to cause division, and separation, among the family members. James 3:14-16.

The devil was able to bridge man’s relationship with God, because he deceived man into breaking fellowship with God by disobeying His commandment.

When man disobeyed God, what man lost was his fellowship with God which resulted in death. Genesis 3:8.

But God kept His relationship with man as His son, and family member till the day of redemption , but God separated Himself from man to live by the choice he chose. Genesis 3:21-24.

But when God redeemed us, and brought us back in relationship with Himself, He restored the broken fellowship, by bringing us in fellowship with Himself in Christ.
1 Corinthians 1:9.

God restored you back in relationship with Himself in Christ, for you to fellowship with Him in Christ through the Holy Spirit.

It is fellowship with God that unlocked the blessed inheritance of the saints.

Keep the bond of your relationship with God, by fellowshipping with Him in Christ through the Holy Spirit.

PRAYER: Dear father, I thank you for bringing me into fellowship with yourself in Christ to enjoy the blessings of the inheritance of the saints, in Jesus name Amen.

TOPIC: GOD’S HAND FOR RELATIONSHIP.
TEXT: ISAIAH 25:9
“And it shall be said in that day, lo, this is our God, we have waited for him, and he will save us; this our LORD; we have waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation”

Since the fall of man which led to the broken relationship between God, and man; God’s earnest desire was to save man from the condemnation of death, which was the consequence of man’s disobedient and to restore man’s relationship with Himself.

This desired plan of God is reveled in the scripture, through prophecy of the prophets, that God will come to save man, and to restore man’s relationship with Himself.

This promised salvation declared that God will come Himself to save man, and to restore man’s relationship with Himself.

In the opening scripture it said, And it shall be said in that day, the day of salvation, lo, this is our God, we have waited for Him; this is the LORD; we have waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation.

This promised salvation which is God’s hand to save man, and to bring man back in relationship with Himself, is fulfilled by Him through His son Jesus Christ.

God manifested in the flesh in the person of Jesus Christ, to fulfilled His desired plan of saving man, and to restore man’s relationship with Himself, through Christ death on the cross.

The arms of Jesus which He spread on the cross, is God’s hand of salvation, and relationship with man.

By believing in Jesus Christ, you’re not only saved, you’re now in family relationship with God as His son.

The cross is God’s extended hand for relationship with man, this is why it is important that Jesus Christ should be witness to the world, because it is only by believing in Him will man be saved, and restored back into family relationship with God, as His son.

It is a duty to you who believe in Jesus Christ to witness Him to the world for their salvation, and reconciliation.

PRAYER: Dear father, I thank you for restoring me back as a son unto yourself in Christ, and appointed me a witness of your salvation through faith in Jesus Christ To the world, in Jesus name. Amen.

TOPIC: PRINCIPLE OF RESPONSIBILITY.
TEXT: LUKE 19:13
“And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come”.

Responsibility is the principle that unlocks human potential, until you accept responsibility you will not know what you are capable of doing.

There is no giftless person, one of the causes of hindrance of gifts and abilities, is lack of responsibility.

Every gift, and ability is a solution to a problem, it is you accepting responsibility to provide solution that helps you,

(1) To discover your gift and ability:
(2) To enhance your gift and ability.

Irresponsibility is the major cause of people struggles, and failure, it's not unemployment, especially believers.
Ephesians 4:8.

Jesus Christ gave everyone who believes in Him gifts for useful engagement in life for greatness, success, and prosperity on earth.

It is lack of accepting responsibility for engagement of divine gift and ability by believers that's s the major cause of their life of struggle, poverty, and failure.

Money and opportunity are exchange for value, when you don’t have value to exchange for money and opportunity, money and opportunity will elude you.

Your divine gift and ability are the value Jesus Christ gave to you as a believer, for doors of opportunity for life of greatness, success, and prosperity to open unto you in life.

When you accept responsibility to provide solution to solve people problem by your gift, and ability, money and opportunity for life of greatness, and success will answer you for an exchange for it.

There is no ungifted believer to be poor, or to be a failure in life due to unemployment, because every believer has divine gift and ability, a value for exchange for money, and opportunity for a prosperous living on earth.

Believers poverty and failure is caused by their laziness, and negligence to accept responsibility of their gifts and abilities.

Jesus said, Occupy till I come! What are you doing with the gift He gave you?

Wages is given as an exchange for service.

As you engage to deliver the responsibility of your gift and ability, you will become great, and prosperous in life.

PRAYER: Dear father, I thank you for gifting me with the ability and gift in Christ for life of greatness, success, and prosperity, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FRIDAY AUGUST 14TH.
TOPIC: PRINCIPLE OF DESIRE.
TEXT: PSALM 145:16
“Thou openest thine hand, and satisfies the desire, of every living thing”

There is a big difference between wish, and desire; wishful thinking is one living in illusion, because wishes never become a reality; while desire is the driven force that stir men for a life of success, prosperity, and greatness in life.

Desire is a divine principle that moves God to distinguish men for greatness and prosperity.

There are two important things that command God’s intervention, and performance.

One: Faith:
Hebrews 11:6.

Two: Prayer:
Matthew 6:6.

The faithlessness, and prayerlessness in people are caused by absence of desire, because frustration, and discouragement are signs of lost of desire in men.

When the fire of desire to achieve something is burning in your heart, frustration, and discouragement will become an expensive luxury for you to afford.

Desire is a divine principle for life of greatness, success, and prosperity in life. 1 Samuel 30:4-8.

It is desire that keeps your faith alive and motivate you to continue even when all hope is lost. Romans 4:17-21.

Desire is one of the keys for answered prayer. Mark 11:24.

Praying without a burning desire does not guarantee answer to prayer. James 5:17-18.

Keep your desire alive and you will be distinguished by greatness, success, and prosperity.

PRAYER: Dear father, I thank you for the power of desire which keep my faith alive for living a glorious life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
