Today by exactly 5pm, the leadership seminar will commence Mercy Cathedral, 38 Ehere Road.

True leadership isn't a matter of having a certain job or title. Above having the position, we need to help people develop their skills to become leaders in their own right.
Leadership is not a noun, it is a verb (an action word). It is a process dealing with people and their dynamics.
To many, leadership is confusing and overwhelming.
They ask:
Where does leadership start?
What should we do first?
What processes should we use?
How can we gain influence with others?
How can we develop a productive team?
How do we help followers become leaders?
Well, these are the questions we will be trusting God to help us answer.
Remember Leadership is not all about advancing yourself, it is also about advancing others. So, don't come alone, come with as many as you can.
