A lot of times we see the flaws of mighty,anointed men and wonder...

Here's the truth:

God doesn't choose perfect men,rather he perfects the men he chooses.

You'd see this repeat itself again and again scripturally...a little here and a little there,we see God, through experiences,teach his chosen about Himself;how to follow,how to worship,how to trust and believe Him.

It's no small thing to note...God is so intentional about his work and walk with men. He perfects his men,his workers,his church,his bride.

Instead of focusing on your flaws,fix your gaze on Him...walk with Him and joyfully fulfill His mandate on your life.

Being born again is a spiritual experience that marks the beginning of a persons new life in Christ.

A man is born again the moment he believes in his heart that Jesus died and rose from the dead (Romans 10:9-10) and confesses Jesus as his Lord .
The confession is not just a verbal acknowledgement but a heartfelt surrender to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

The instant a person experiences a spiritual rebirth, and the Holy Spirit comes to dwell within them . This new birth is not a physical transformation, but a spiritual one, where the person's spirit is recreated in the image of God.

How is a Man Born Again?

The Scripture emphasizes that being born again is not a result of human effort or good works, but solely by faith in Jesus Christ. It is a gift of God's grace, received through faith (Ephesians 2:8-9).

The process of being born again involves Hearing the gospel ( the message of the death and resurrection , the message of salvation through Jesus Christ) , Believing in and confessing Jesus as Lord and receiving the Holy Spirit.
Upon confession, the person receives the Holy Spirit, who comes to dwell within them, marking the beginning of their new life in Christ.

Fasting & the Believer
There are several things which do not fit in when christian fasting is being explained. Most definitely,in a multifaceted world, there'll be varying beliefs which lead to misconceptions. Let's take a look at some of them.

- Fasting is not starvation,which unfortunately most christians indulge in by reason of ignorance

- Fasting is not a get-quick-power- scheme. All the power we need is on our inside.

- Fasting is not punishment,as some folks would believe.

- Fasting is not means to be holy and righteous; all that have we received because of the Christ.

- Fasting is not a means to please God. It is faith in Christ Jesus that pleases God.

Having noted all these,fasting is an instrument of the supernatural used to bring one's body,soul and spirit fixated on God. Put more succinctly, fasting is like a time out with God by engaging in more focused word study and prayer over a period of time usually for a more tangible relationship and spiritual growth.

There are several benefits of fasting.
- Fasting is sacrifice. It is spending the time for certain activities on God.

- Fasting as separation heightens the consciousness of consecration and helps the believer to more actively practice holy living.

- It helps the believer exercise dominion over his body,mind and activities.

- The results of fasting are priceless compared to whatever that was sacrificed.

- Fasting has helped believers to obtain more clarity on divine purpose and God's plans.

Conclusively, fasting is a spiritual exercise and it is never to be done casually.

How should the bible be read

This is one of the most commonly asked question in the Christiandom
Now let's delve into the scripture
Isaiah .28.10 - For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept, Line upon line, line upon line, Here a little, there a little."
This scripture shows the importance of a gradual and layout learning when studying the scripture

For precept should be upon precept...
Biblical truths are built upon one another . Start up with foundational principles before moving up to complex concepts

Line upon line ...
Every word in a line has a message it's passing to someone. Make sure to make meanings Into every word

Here a little There a little..
Now a very simple way of doing this is : Study part of the old testament with part of the new
Your focus shouldn't be on one part of the bible for a clearer understanding. Always cross reference and compare. Study multiple passages from the both parts of the bible related to a topic to gain a better understanding.

Now irrespective of the fact that you are putting in your personal effort, always pray for understanding
1Cor.2.12 - Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. These things we also speak, not in words which man's wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

This Scripture points to the Holy Spirit as the best teacher
He is the only person that can give you a clear understanding.

The Pattern of King David.

David was a man that lived in optimism and faith which resulted from his deep love for God and his relationship with Elohim. He would tell GOD his problems and before he is done,even without the tangible answer,he would begin to render praise to GOD and remind GOD HIS promises to him(David). This is the pattern:
1. Tell God your problem
2. Tell God how you believe in his ability to deliver
3. Remind Him about His promises to you
4. Thank Him for His goodness and his reputation in your life
5. Confess that he will save you.

Just give him all your love...let Him know you're in love with him. Let Him know you...open up every part of yourself...good and bad. Tell him every bad secret and let him know about the real you...your heart. God wants us to be people of passionate pursuit of His face.
