As they worry you, you worry God.

The seventy men were anointed to carry the Spirit of Moses, a spirit devoted to the care of the people.

If God has not called you, you will not be able to handle it.

Leadership is responsibility.

Jethro’s Advice to Moses - Ex 18:13-23(TLB)

If you are a leader under the anointing of an apostle or prophet, you must carry the mantle and the burden of the one who ordained you.

You must understand the assignment your spiritual authority has entrusted to you.

God raises many people into leadership so that His power can flow through them.

Some inherit this grace through burden and responsibility.

The call comes in various ways sometimes through a direct supernatural encounter or divine calling. Moses - Ex 3:7-10(KJV)

Abraham’s Call and the Life of Covenant. - Gen 17:1-4(KJV)

All of them carried a burden.

Samuel’s call came through his mother’s dedication and he was given assignments to accomplish. 1 Sam 3:4-11(KJV)
