I thank God for his grace to preach today.
Today's topic is Titled: I AM A STRANGER.
Minister: The young Evangelist Ernest.
Text: psalm 119:19, Eccelesiates 12:7
INTRODUCTION: there is no point of holding your hands tight on the things of this world. Solomon upon all this wealth and materialism he declared them vanity.
In Psalm 119:19 . It says I am a stranger in the earth hide not they commandments from me . If we critically observe this life,you will agree with me that nothing is in this life .
Unfortunately today many of us are no more thinking about heaven,many of us are no more thinking about eternity all we care is materialism at detriment of heaven.
It will be stupidity for me and you to live eternity careless life.
Death is inevitable and inescapable. No body can avoid death because is a price that everybody has to pay one day.
In the book of Eccelesiates 12:7 it says that dust must return to dust as it was form and the Spirit must go back to maker who gave it.
I am a stranger here . Paul declared in the book of 1 Timothy 6:7 that we came with nothing and one day we go with nothing o yes everybody must leave this Earth one day.
A day shall come when every tossle for leadership, tossle for marriage, tossle for materialism, tossle for wealth shall come to an end . A day shall come when the soul shall be separated from the body ,when they shall look for us here and they will no longer see us.
Today in our different churches we no more hear the message against sin , message of heaven, message of hell , message of eternity all we hear is prophecy, miracles, signs and wonders .
If we know that we are strangers here ,let's behave like stranger.
I know that one day I will leave this Earth whatever I may be doing I always have it at back of my heart that I am a stranger.
The best thing is to fear God and keep his word .
Let's prepare for eternity may God bless you all amen.
