It dawned on me today that we don't always feel like bathing, but we do it anyway because we know the importance of personal hygiene.

If we can apply this 'I must do' attitude to other areas of our lives - reading books, watching educational videos, and practicing self-development principles - even when we don't feel like it, we'd make significant progress.

Today, I'm determined to take an intentional step towards growth. Start now, grow now, and you'll be glad you did!
