Who will you save a seat for?

⛽ Pit Stop for Leaders 2026: Shepherds. Servants. Like Jesus.

Before we lead others, we must first allow God to lead us.

A pit stop isn’t the end of the race—it’s where we refuel, realign, and prepare to run with greater purpose.

Thank you to every Catalyst Leader and leader-to-be who came with a teachable heart and a desire to grow.

Here are 7 reminders from our time together that every Catalyst Leader should carry into the season ahead 💛👇

1. A leader’s influence is built not only during ministry time, 
but through everyday choices.
2. Leadership is not about being important. 
Leadership is about being available.
3. A leader’s first ministry is not serving others—
it is staying close to God.
4. A shepherd does not give up on difficult sheep. 
A servant leader does not lead through anger or control, 
but through love and patience.
5. If we cannot be faithful in small things, 
we cannot be trusted with greater things.
6. A leader who stops learning will eventually stop growing.
7. Leadership isn’t measured by how many people listen to you.
It’s measured by how much your life looks like Jesus.
