佛子舍 Buddha-Puttra Vihara

誰是“佛子”？
在許多人的意識中，或許我們會認為擁有智慧與慈悲的菩薩，活者修行高，德行好的人才是佛子．然非也！《入行論》載：生死獄繫苦有情，若生剎那菩提心， 即刻得名諸佛子，世間人天應禮敬。繫縛在三界生死牢獄中的苦難眾生，只要生起剎那的菩提心，雖然他還被各種業惑煩惱繫縛，在三界生死輪迴監獄中，沒有得到解脫，地位非常卑微，但因心裡生起了無偽世俗願菩提心，那麼立刻可以尊稱為如來之子——佛子。
Who are the Buddha's children? It is commonly thought that only Bodhisattvas who have wisdom and compassion, and only great practitioners with good conduct are considered the Buddha’s children. Shantideva wrote in The Way of The Bodhisattva, ”Should Bodhichitta come to birth, in one who suffers in the dungeons of samsara, in that instant he is called the buddhas’ heir, worshipful alike to gods and men.” Sentient beings of the three realms are imprisoned, not capable of escaping from the suffering of life and death, karma, confusion and emotion. Though, should the thought of bodhichittarise even briefly in his mind, he is worth considered as the son of the Thatagata – the Buddha, due to his non-hypocritical wishing of the well-being of all sentient beings.
甚麼是“舍”？
一般上，許多人會認為“舍”是泛指鋼骨水泥建築而成的房子﹒它供人棲息，是一座庇護所。然而，“舍”在佛教裡可意指一個屬於共修的團體或場所。它提供我們一個空間，讓日日沈浸在瑣碎生活，夜夜習慣熱鬧喧囂的人們，有個依歸，不再空虛寂寞。它提供我們一個環境，讓彼此朝夕關懷，共同學習成長，攜手追隨佛陀的法跡，走向光明的八正道。
What is Vihara? However, in Buddhism, “Vihara” refer to a place to a group of practitioners. It provides a spritual environment for those who are deeply involved in their daily lives & those who enjoy entertainment and nightlife,It is place they can call home where they are not alone.It is an environment in which we can care, grow & practice dharma(Noble Eightfold Path) together.
