1️⃣🔸本堂青年组将于12月11日至13日主办2026年华语青年生活营 “想见你 想见NI”。欢迎13岁以上的青年踊跃报名参加。报名表格可在圣堂大门的柜台处或堂区办公室索取。报名费RM50，逾期报名RM80。截止日期为11月8日。也欢迎有意赞助经费和食物的兄弟姐妹联络Jenny 吴翠芳姐妹 011-3690 3988。
Our parish Youth Group will be hosting the 2026 Mandarin Youth Camp, 'Want to See You, Want to See NI', from 11th to 13th December. Youth aged 13 and above are welcome to participate. Registration forms can be obtained at the church entrance counter or from the parish office. The registration fee is RM50, or RM80 for late registrations. The deadline is November 8th. Brothers and sisters who wish to sponsor funds or food are welcome to contact Sister Jenny at 011-3690 3988

2️⃣🔹基督之侣将于16/09（星期三），在本堂举行第19届女基督徒大会(有华，英语)
凡21岁以上的女基督徒, 欢迎来参与。报名表格与详细资料可在圣堂柜台索取。报名费为RM45/-。
Couples for Christ Sibu – the Handmaids of the Lord is inviting Women Parishioners aged 21 and above, to join the 19th Women Christian Conference (in Chinese and English) on Wednesday 16 September 2026 at St Teresa’s Church.
The Registration forms and detailed information can be obtained at the church entrance.

3️⃣🔹堂区福利组将在15/9 于本堂开办乐龄活力班。特别邀请到专业复健师孙华峰兄弟带领。课程内容包括各种适合长辈的活动和训练。时间是每星期二及星期五早上8:30-10:00，地点是行政楼底楼小礼堂。学费为每个月RM80。名额有限，有兴趣的兄弟姐妹请尽快联络许美丽姐妹60 13811 1726或许洁珮姐妹0168886825。
The Parish Welfare Group will start a Senior Fitness Class from 15 September, led by professional Physiotherapist Brother Sun Hua Feng.

The class will be held every Tuesday & Friday
8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. at Ground Floor, administration building。 the fee is RM80 per month.
The class includes simple activities and exercises suitable for seniors.

4️⃣🔹本堂信仰小站(图书馆)现已正式启用，供教友们购买圣物及灵修书籍。
开放时间：每星期六傍晚5点30分至晚上7点30分，每星期日早上8点30分至11点30分。

We are pleased to announce that our Faith Resource Centre is now officially open! Located in the church library, it offers a selection of religious items and devotional books for purchase to support your spiritual journey.

⏱️Opening Hours:
Saturdays: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Sundays: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM

5🔸耶稣会会士王春旋修士将于 17/8 (一) ，晚间7点半至9点，在圣心幼稚园顶楼为圣心堂慕道者分享，主题：“与圣母同行"。修士也欢迎有兴趣的教友参与。

Jesuit Brother Winston Heng will present a talk titled "Walking with Our Lady" for sacred heart mandarin RCIA class on Monday, August 17th, from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Kindergarten. All are welcome.

[ 垃圾再生，让环境再生 ] 将在2026年8月16日，中午12时30分至下午4时30分，在天鹅广场举行。
鼓励教友们将家里已分类的垃圾，带到指定的地点进行回收。除了减少垃圾，也可让资源重复使用，达到保护环境的目的。
父母们也可带孩子们参与这项活动，教育我们的下一代，保护我们的地球。

[ Waste Recycle, Let the Environment Regenerate ] will be held on 16th August 2026, from 12:30pm to 4:30 pm, at Swan Square.
Parishioners are encouraged to take their home sorted Waste to the designated location for recycle. Apart from reducing waste, these resources can also be reused to achieve the purpose of protecting the environment.
Parents can also bring their children to participate in this activity, educate our next generation and protect our planet.

马新汶主教团宣布,8月15日的黄昏弥撒或8月16日的主日弥撒, 都是圣母蒙召升天瞻礼日。

The Catholic Bishop's Conference of Malaysia-Singapore-Brunei announced that the evening Mass on August 15th or the Sunday Mass on August 16th are both feast days of the Assumption of Mary.

1️⃣🔸️圣体传教组织将在10月18日（星期日）在圣淘沙圣若瑟传教中心主办幸运抽奖，彩券可在圣堂门口处购买，希望兄弟姐妹们踊跃支持，为传教事业出一份力。
Mission Lucky Draw tickets in support of the training of Mill Hill & MCCC missionaries are available for purchase at the church entrance.
We warmly encourage all parishioners to support this meaningful initiative and contribute to our missionary work.

2️⃣🔸️本堂乐龄组将于8月16日（星期日）中午12时正，在香格里拉喜庆大酒楼主办生日会午宴，凡是本堂乐龄组会员每张餐券售价为RM40，非会员每张餐券售价则是RM55。有意参加者可在堂区办公室购买餐券。
Senior Parishioners Group is organizing a Senior Parishioners Birthday Luncheon on Sunday 16th August 12pm at RM40 for member and RM55 for Non-member. Interested Parishioners may purchase tickets from the Parish Office.

3️⃣🔸️8月份的婴儿洗礼定在22/8（星期六），当天早上9点正将进行领洗前说明会，随后为婴儿举行洗礼。呈上婴儿领洗表格及相关文件的截止日期为8月16日。
Infant baptisms in August will be held on Saturday, 22nd August. A pre-baptism briefing will be held at 9:00 AM, followed by the baptism. Please submit infant baptism forms and related documents by 16th August.

4️⃣🔸️2026-2027年本堂华语成人慕道班已开课，时间是每星期四晚上7点15分；以准备2027年复活节前夕领洗。详情可参考布告栏通告。
The 2026–2027 Parish Mandarin RCIA classes have begun and are held every Thursday at 7:15 PM. Those who wish to prepare for Baptism are warmly invited to register. Registration is still open. For more information, please refer to the parish bulletin board.

教宗公开接见：重新发现祈祷是人的基本幅度

（梵蒂冈新闻网）祈祷不是毫无用处的“逃避形式”，也不是为个人福祉而使用的心理技巧，相反地，祈祷是“我们人的基本幅度”，因此其真正的道理“值得被重新发现”。

聚集在圣伯多禄大殿里的信友首先聆听了取自《厄弗所书》的圣经章节。圣保禄宗徒写道：“弟兄们，你们要时时靠著圣神，以各种祈求和哀祷祈祷；且要醒寤不倦，为众圣徒祈求，也为我祈求，使我在开口的时候，赐我能说相称的话，能放心大胆地传扬福音的奥秘。”（六18-19）

教宗指出，每一个祈祷构成了我们人性中的核心层面，尤其是在整个礼仪中的祈祷，它绝非能够规避世界及其需要。在祈祷中，我们与耶稣结合，藉著圣神，向天主圣父献上赞颂和感恩。

尤其值得一提的是，教宗圣保禄六世曾希望日课，即教会每日的公共祈祷，能由基督奥体的所有成员诵念。以这种方式，让圣神充满我们的每个思想和每个行动，同时启迪我们对逾越奥迹有更深切的体悟。

教宗良十四世解释道，“日课使我们日常生活中的时间得以圣化：早晨，我们怀著信德和感恩开始一天的生活；中午，我们在劳苦中恳求忠信的力量；傍晚，工作结束后，在日落的时刻有晚祷相伴随；夜晚，我们将自己托付于天主的平安中，安然入睡”。
最后，教宗劝勉众人，当我们在教会的礼仪祈祷中与整个教会结合时，我们可以在尘世的旅程中，汲取各自所需的灵性滋养，期待著吾主耶稣基督的来临。

要理讲授结束后，在问候讲不同语言的朝圣者时，教宗向讲中文的人们“致以诚挚的问候”。他说：“亲爱的弟兄姊妹们，愿你们藉著祈祷，也就是灵魂不可或缺的食粮，支撑你们的日常行动。我衷心地降福你们！”

教宗良十四世在梵蒂冈圣伯多禄大殿主持例行的周三公开接见活动，继续有关《礼仪》宪章的要理讲授。这次讲授的主题是教会中礼仪祈祷所蕴含的教会层面，教宗还邀请信友在团体中诵念日课。
