BMSM's Samadhi Vihara is a landmark development at Section U12, Bukit Raja, Shah Alam. It stands today, symbolic of the realisation of the aspiration of our founder, the late Venerable Dr K Sri Dhammananda Nayaka Maha Thera. who had the foresight more than 20 years ago that another temple would be needed to complement the popular and capacity filled Buddhist Maha Vihara in Brickfields in Kuala Lum

pur in catering to the needs of the growing Buddhist community.Today, Samadhi Vihara is growing to be the nucleus of Buddhist activities – locally and internationally – and serving as a catalyst of dhammaduta service for the welfare and happiness of the many. Pindapata and Conclusion of the Novitiate Programme
in conjunction with Wesak 2026.

📌Taman Eng Ann morning market, Klang

The Klang community had the opportunity to offer food to Venerable Vimala and the Samaneras during this morning’s alms round.

🪷 We rejoice in the generosity of all devotees and extend our appreciation to Venerable and the volunteers whose sincere efforts to raise awareness of the alms-round tradition within the local community.

🪷 Today also marked the conclusion of the novitiate programme for Samanera Dhammavira and Samanera Dhammasiha. Venerable Vimala led the closing gathering, sharing the Dhamma with devotees, followed by personal reflections from both Samaneras on their monastic experience.

May these wholesome deeds continue to inspire faith, generosity, and wisdom.

We are happy to announce that a Pindapata procession will be held within the Samadhi Vihara compound this Sunday, 31 May at 8:30 am. Devotees are warmly invited to participate.

🪷 This year, a Pindapata procession with Venerable Vimala and two Samaneras will be held within the Samadhi Vihara compound from 8:30 am to 9:00 am.

🪷 Devotees are warmly invited to offer plain cooked rice or packed dry food during the alms round.

🏎️🚗🚙 Traffic Advisory

To facilitate the Pindapata procession, the main gate will be temporarily closed. You are kindly encouraged to park at the nearby shophouse area or outside the temple grounds.
