On 30August, Sambodhi members had the wholesome opportunity to come together and participate in the 2026 Merdeka Blessings MahāSaṅghikadāna, joining fellow devotees in making offerings to the Sangha. 🌸

May this meaningful occasion inspire greater understanding, kindness and unity, and may the merits from these wholesome deeds bring peace, harmony and prosperity to our community and our beloved Malaysia. 🇲🇾✨

Malaysian Contemporary Realist Artist, known for his expressive realism and elegant portrayal of horses and nature.

Malaysian Contemporary Expressionist Artist, whose vibrant works capture beauty, energy and the spirit of nature.

🖌️ Lim Kok Peng 林国平 Kok Peng Lim
Malaysian Contemporary Ink & Wash Artist, whose works explore the timeless beauty of nature, stillness and harmony.

🌾 Lau Wai Leng 刘慧玲 Wai Leng Lau
Malaysian Contemporary Realist Artist, celebrating everyday life, community and cultural heritage through warm colours and thoughtful details.

🖋️ Chew Cheng Hwa 周靖化
Calligraphy Artist & Teacher, bringing traditional Chinese calligraphy to life through disciplined brushwork, balance and mindful expression.

Together, their works form a meaningful celebration of art, culture and the spirit of giving, in support of the completion of Sambodhi’s New Buddhist Centre.

Throwback to August 2023, when the Sambodhi community came together for our fundraising luncheon to support the dream of a new home for Sambodhi.

Three years later...our new Sambodhi Building is taking shape, and today, we are at the last mile.

But we can’t cross that finish line alone.

💛 We are sooo close to our fundraising target.
