BLIA-Taman Puncak Jalil 國際佛光會中馬協會加里爾峰分會 秉持著「以文化弘揚佛法；以教育培養人才；以慈善福利社會；以共修淨化人心」的宗旨，國際佛光會馬來西亞協會于1992年3月7日，迄今走過了25年的光陰。目前，全國各地共有30個佛光分會，接引超過萬名的會員，成為人間佛教的實踐者，為眾生的法身慧命乘風破浪，做領航的先鋒。

休閒讀書會 #人間萬事《 #跳出去》

文章: 人間萬事《跳出去》
出席學員: 10位

此次讀書會共大家共同閱讀星雲大師《人間萬事》〈跳出去〉一文。大師提醒我們，人生若一直困在過去、情緒與執著裡，心就無法自在，因此要學習「跳出去」，才能擁有更開闊的人生。
大師在文中提出六點：

一、 #從前塵往事裡跳出去。
不要一直沉溺於過去的回憶與遺憾，學會放下，珍惜當下。

二、 #從悲苦傷感裡跳出去。
面對人生的不如意，要懂得轉念，不讓自己長期陷入悲傷。

三、 #從灰心失望裡跳出去。
遇到挫折時，不輕易放棄，要對人生保持信心與希望。

四、 #從好惡分別裡跳出去。
不要過度執著喜歡與討厭，要以平等心看待人事物。

五、 #從傷害陰影裡跳出去。
過去受到的委屈與傷害，不必一直記在心中，學習原諒與放下。

六、 #從名聞利養裡跳出去。
名聲與利益只是暫時的，真正重要的是內心的自在與平安。

大家在分享中表示，人生很多煩惱都來自執著與放不下。若能依照大師的教導， #學習轉念與放下，就能減少痛苦，讓內心更加清淨自在。

透過此次讀書會，大家更加明白修行不只是形式，而是在生活中學習放下執著、提升心量，以慈悲與智慧面對人生。

26.05.26 #雲水浴佛 ： #敬愛溫馨之家老人院

📍2026年5月26日（星期二） 本會前往 PUJ2 敬愛老人院進行「雲水浴佛」結緣活動，共有10位佛光人參與，一起廣結善緣，傳遞佛陀的慈悲與祝福。🙏🌸

感謝師姐們用心準備愛心生日蛋糕及 Jelly 🍮 與老人家結緣，也帶上大眾供养物資，讓長者們感受到溫暖與關懷。活動中，大家也陪伴老人家一起慶生與互動，帶動唱〈我的家鄉在佛光山〉及〈牧歌〉，大家一起唱歌、動起來做手語，現場氣氛溫馨歡樂，師姐們也一同歡喜獻唱，長者們都非常投入與開心。

最後，有位長者特別要求持誦藥師咒，祈願大家身體健康、平安吉祥，大眾在莊嚴的誦持聲中共同回向，活動圓滿溫馨。🙏
