Dear friends of SAHC,

Here is the schedule for SAHC this weekend.

This Sabbath afternoon, we're having a health talk on Exercise to kick off the next health challenge that starts this Sunday. Remember, this year, the challenges are stacked! We'll be maintaining nutrition + exercise this second week :D More information on the challenge will be given this sabbath.

Next Sabbath afternoon, we will be witnessing the baptism of auntie Audrey and Pearl!! 🎉🎉 The baptism will be held in KLEC in the afternoon. Come join us as we listen to testimonies, special music, and witness this blessed and sacred occasion.

Digital detox program is ongoing now, and there's a lot of wonderful testimonies that have come out of it. Please pray for all the participants in the programs, as well as the coaches!

Also coming up - is a SAHC outing - hiking at Taman Tugu! Please contact Avella, Amisi, or Thomas if you'd like to join :D

Last but not least, here are the upcoming SAHC events. please take note of the multiple changes in the afternoon programs. There are health talks lined up for a number of weeks and some programs have been pushed back

Dear friends of SAHC,

Here is the schedule for SAHC this weekend.

This Sabbath is children's Sabbath!! The kids will be taking over divine service. Come with hearts ready to sing hymns, ears ready to hear special music and sermonettes, and offerings ready to put in their offering bags😁💕😂

This Sabbath afternoon, in conjunction with the first Health Challenge kickoff starting on Sunday, we'll be having a health talk on Nutrition, given by our very own resident doctor cm SAHC health leader :D Stay back to learn! You'll need these very tips to stay on top of the challenge

If you missed the health screening last week, no worries, we are having a second mini health screening this Sabbath again for those that missed out. Just a change in timing - it will be after lunch, during the clean up time from 2-3pm. QR code for the google form will be given after divine service.

I know, I know, a lot of things are happening at the same at SAHC, but hey, don't we praise God for an active church? Starting also this Sunday is the digital detox challenge :D This is open not just to Campus Hope APU, but to all SAHCies as well! Join the challenge, you'll have more time on your hands being off your phone, and hey, that means you have more time to prepare nutritious meals! It's a win win ;)

Dear friends of SAHC,

Here is the schedule for SAHC this weekend.

This Sabbath, come dressed in your cultural or traditional clothes in lieu of Merdeka! :) We'll take a group photo together after divine service for our photo wall, so don't be running away too fast either! :)

Remember, this Sabbath is church-wide potluck! Everyone please bring a dish that we may share in fellowshipping together :)

This Sabbath afternoon, we will have a few programs going on. The SAHC health challenge kicks off on 6 September (next week!) so we have a pre-challenge health screening organized this Sabbath so you can compare your body results pre and post challenge.

After lunch, we'll have united prayer as usual for our afternoon program

And after united prayer, we'll be going through all our health results together. Our resident health department leader will be doing group counselling together, so please stay on till then!

Dear friends of SAHC,

Here is the schedule for SAHC for the weekend.

This Sabbath afternoon, we'll be starting a new series - a study on the sanctuary! It'll be divided up into a few different parts, so we'd like to encourage everyone to stay back to dive deep into the Bible together, and after all, it is this study that really sets us aparts as Adventists from the other Christian churches!

Following up after the Campus Hope health screening in APU, we will be starting the Campus Hope health challenge next week! As part of the health challenge, there will be sports every day except on Sabbath. We'd like to invite all church members to join the sports to connect with the students and seekers that come through the health challenge. We need help mingling and making friendships!
