Happy Pastor Day. Thank you for your dedication being as our PASTOR.

P – Preacher of the Word

2 Timothy 4:2 – "Preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching."
A pastor must faithfully proclaim the truth of God’s Word, not their own opinions.

A – Accountable to God

Hebrews 13:17 – "They keep watch over your souls as those who will give an account."
A pastor is ultimately responsible to God for how they shepherd His people.

S – Servant Leader

Mark 10:45 – "For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve..."
True pastoral leadership is marked by humility and service, following the example of Christ.

T – Teacher of Truth

Titus 1:9 – "He must hold firm to the trustworthy word as taught, so that he may be able to give instruction in sound doctrine..."
A pastor must rightly divide the Word of truth and help others understand and live it.

O – Overseer of the Flock

1 Peter 5:2–3 – "Shepherd the flock of God that is among you, exercising oversight... being examples to the flock."
The pastor watches over the spiritual well-being of the congregation, guiding and protecting them.

R – Reflects Christ

1 Corinthians 11:1 – "Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ."
A pastor should live in such a way that others see Christ through them, in character, love, and holiness.
