第三周：被基督改变（跟随基督）
第十六天：穿上新人

（歌罗西书 3:1-17）

跟随基督始于被更新的眼光，以及一颗以祂为中心的心。

信徒必须治死罪性的态度和行为，例如淫乱、污秽、贪婪、恼怒、暴怒、恶毒、毁谤和说谎。

这些都属于认识基督以前的旧生命，不应再成为信徒生命的特征。

相反地，信徒要穿上怜悯、恩慈、谦卑、温柔、忍耐、饶恕，以及最重要的——爱。

这些品格反映出基督的生命，也彰显出真正属灵生命的改变。

在基督里的更新，不仅是离弃旧人的生活方式，更是积极地活出耶稣的品格。当信徒专注于基督时，他们就会渐渐成长，成为神所创造、更新的新生命。

Day 16: Put On The New Self

Colossians 3: 1-17

Following Christ begins with a renewed perspective and a heart centered on Him.

Believers must to put to death sinful attitudes and behaviors such as sexual immorality, impurity, greed, anger, rage, malice, slander and lying.

These belong to the old life before knowing Christ and should no longer define a believer.

Believers are called to clothe themselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, patience, forgiveness and above all, love.

These qualities reflect the character of Christ and demonstrate genuine spiritual transformation.

Transformation in Christ involves both leaving behind the old life and actively embracing the character of Jesus. As believers focus on Christ, they grow into the new person God created them to be.

第十五天：一颗新的心

（以西结书 36:26-32）

真正的改变始于神在我们里面的工作。神并没有让祂的子民单靠自己的力量来顺服祂，而是借着圣灵赐下能力，使信徒能够遵行祂的道路，在圣洁中成长，并活出被更新改变的生命。

跟随基督始于一颗被改变的心。神从人的里面开始更新，赐给信徒一颗新心，并将祂的灵放在他们里面。借着祂的恩典，祂洁净、恢复并赐能力给他们，使他们能够顺服祂，并活出祂的品格。

真正的门徒训练不仅仅是行为上的改变，更是借着神的大能，经历一颗新的心和一个全新的生命。

Day 15: A New Heart

Ezekiel 36:26-32

True transformation begins with God’s work within us. God does not leave His people to obey Him in their own strength. The Holy Spirit empowers believers to follow God’s ways, grow in holiness and live a transformed life.

Following Christ begins with a transformed heart. God changes believers from the inside out by giving them a new heart and His Spirit. Through His grace, He cleanses, restores, and empowers them to live in obedience and reflect His character.

Real discipleship is not merely changing behavior—it is experiencing a new heart and a new life through God’s transforming power.

第二周：来到耶稣面前（认识基督）
第十三天：神的话语赐生命

（诗篇 119:9-16）

认识神不仅仅是获得知识，更是全心全意地追求与祂建立关系。诗人渴望遵行神的命令，并常常与祂亲近。

背诵和默想圣经能够帮助信徒抵挡试探，并引导他们按着神的旨意生活。

神的话语赐下属灵的生命、引导和力量。当信徒阅读、默想、遵行并珍藏圣经时，他们会更加亲近神，胜过试探，并经历生命的更新与改变。爱慕神话语的门徒，必能在人生的每个季节中找到智慧、喜乐和方向。

Day 13: The Word Gives Life

(Psalm 119:9-16)

Knowing God is more than gaining information; it is pursuing a relationship with Him wholeheartedly. The psalmist desires to follow God’s commands and remain close to Him.

Memorizing and meditating on Scripture strengthens believers against temptation and helps them live according to God’s will.

God’s Word gives spiritual life, guidance, and strength. As believers read, meditate on, obey, and treasure Scripture, they grow closer to God, resist temptation, and experience transformation. A disciple who loves God’s Word will find wisdom, joy, and direction for every season of life.

（约翰福音 10:1-16）

牧人会保护、带领、喂养并照顾羊群。耶稣也同样满有慈爱地看顾祂的子民，引导他们，甚至为他们舍命。

信徒越亲近基督，就越能清楚分辨祂的引导。门徒必须学习分辨神的声音，不被外界的干扰与混乱迷惑。

耶稣是好牧人，祂以爱带领、保护并向祂的子民说话。真正的门徒会学习认出祂的声音，跟随祂的引导，拒绝错误的影响，并信靠祂的看顾。与基督亲密的关系，能帮助信徒行在真理、平安与属灵的保护之中。

Day 12: Listening To His Voice.

(John 10:1-16)

A shepherd protects, leads, feeds, and cares for the sheep. Jesus lovingly watches over His people, guides them, and even lays down His life for them.

The more closely believers walk with Christ, the more clearly they discern His guidance. A disciple must learn to distinguish God’s voice from distractions and confusion.

Jesus is the Good Shepherd who lovingly leads, protects, and speaks to His people. True disciples learn to recognize His voice, follow His guidance, reject false influences, and trust in His care. A close relationship with Christ helps believers walk in truth, peace, and spiritual safety.

（诗篇 42:1-5）

在这篇诗篇中，诗人于属灵干旱、忧伤和灰心的时候，表达了对神深深的渴望与 thirst。它显明了一颗迫切寻求神同在、胜过一切事物的心。

真正的门徒会对神的同在产生深切的饥渴。即使在人生艰难的季节中，信徒仍被呼召全心寻求神，诚实地向祂倾心吐意，并将盼望放在祂里面。唯有神才能真正满足人的心灵。

Day 11: Hunger For God

Psalm 42:1-5

In this psalm, the writer expresses a deep longing and thirst for God during a time of spiritual dryness, sorrow, and discouragement. It reveals the heart of someone who desperately desires God’s presence above everything else.

A true disciple develops a deep hunger and thirst for God’s presence. Even during difficult seasons, believers are called to seek God wholeheartedly, pour out their hearts honestly before Him, and place their hope in Him. Only God can truly satisfy the soul.

第十天：先求神的国

（马太福音 6:25-34）

耶稣教导说，不认识神的人总是不断追求物质，并为未来忧虑惧怕。

信徒却被呼召活出不一样的生命——以信心代替恐惧，以信靠代替忧虑，并依靠神而不是倚赖世上的安全感。

每一天都会有自己的挑战，因此信徒应当每天信靠神，而不是被对未来的担忧所吞噬。

当信徒把神放在生命的首位时，神必信实地供应他们真正所需要的一切。

Day 10: Seeking First

Matthew 6:25-34

Jesus explains that people who do not know God constantly chase after material things and live in fear about the future.

Believers are called to live differently,
with faith instead of fear, trust instead of anxiety, and dependence on God rather than worldly security.

Each day has its own challenges, and believers are encouraged to trust God daily instead of becoming consumed by fear about the future

When believers prioritize God, He will faithfully provide what they truly need.

第二周：来到耶稣面前（认识基督）
第九天：常在葡萄树上

（约翰福音 15:1-8）

葡萄树是枝子的生命与养分来源。从属灵的角度来说，耶稣是信徒属灵生命、力量、智慧与成长的源头。离了祂，信徒就无法在属灵生命中真正成长与结果子。

常在基督里，不是一次性的经历，而是每天持续信靠、顺服并依靠祂的关系。

园丁会修剪枝子，使它们能更健康并结出更多果子；同样地，基督也会改变我们的坏习惯和生命中的不足。

虽然“修剪”的过程可能会让人感到不舒服，但它却能带来属灵生命的成熟。

若要更深认识基督，信徒就必须不断常在祂里面。正如枝子需要依靠葡萄树才能存活，基督徒也必须依靠耶稣，才能得到属灵的力量、成长与结果子。与基督亲密同行，会带来被改变的生命，并荣耀神。

Day 9: Abide in The Vine

(John 15:1-8)

A vine is the source of life and nourishment for the branches. Spiritually, Jesus is the source of:
spiritual life, strength, wisdom and growth. Without Him, believers cannot thrive spiritually.

Abiding in Christ is not a one-time event but a daily relationship of trust, obedience, and dependence on Him.

A gardener prunes branches so they can grow healthier and bear more fruit just as letting Christ change our bad habits.

Though “pruning” may be uncomfortable, it leads to spiritual maturity.

To know Christ deeply, believers must continually abide in Him. Just as branches depend on the vine for life, Christians depend on Jesus for spiritual strength, growth, and fruitfulness. A close relationship with Christ produces a transformed life that glorifies God.

第八天：“到我这里来”的邀请

“凡劳苦担重担的人，可以到我这里来，我就使你们得安息。我心里柔和谦卑，你们当负我的轭，向我学习，这样，你们心里就必得享安息。因为我的轭是容易的，我的担子是轻省的。”
（马太福音 11:28-30）

跟随耶稣并不代表人生没有挑战，但祂会以祂的恩典和力量带领信徒走过一切。

耶稣邀请所有劳苦担重担的人来到祂面前。在这个充满压力、惧怕和重担的世界里，真正的平安与安息，唯有在信靠基督、跟随基督，并与祂亲密同行中才能找到。

Day 8: The Invitation, “Come To Me”

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
‭‭(Matthew‬ ‭11‬:‭29‬-‭30‬)

Following Jesus may still involve challenges, but He carries believers through them with His grace and strength.

Jesus invites everyone who is weary and burdened to come to Him. In a world filled with stress, fear, and heavy burdens, true peace and rest are found through trusting, following, and walking closely with Christ.
