Celebrated on the Saturday following the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart, this memorial highlights Mary's union with Jesus. Biblically, the "heart" represents the whole person, the inner core of mind, will, and spirit. Thus, Mary's Heart symbolises her entire being and undivided love. As our spiritual mother and refuge, she serves as a perfect model of virtue. Consecrating ourselves to her means accepting her maternal care, imitating her faith, and embracing the promise of salvation revealed at Fatima.

Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ (Corpus Christi) ✨

Today, the Church celebrates the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, a feast that invites us to deepen our love for Jesus truly present in the Holy Eucharist.

The Eucharist is the source and summit of our Christian life — where Christ nourishes us with His Body and Blood, strengthens our faith, and unites us as one family in Him.

A special figure closely associated with this feast is Saint Thomas Aquinas. At the request of the Church, he composed many of the beautiful hymns and prayers used for Corpus Christi, including the renowned sequence Lauda Sion, proclaimed before the Gospel during Mass on this solemnity. Through his writings, St. Thomas helped generations of Catholics deepen their understanding and devotion to the Eucharistic mystery.

As we celebrate this great feast, may we approach the altar with reverence, gratitude, and renewed faith in the Real Presence of Christ. 🙏🏻❤️
