The word of faith is in my heart and in my mouth; I speak the same things in consent with the Word: I’m victorious, prosperous, healthy, marvellously helped and favoured of the Lord today, I advance daily with joy, knowing that the Lord has prepared my path. I walk on preordained paths, doing those good works which God has predestined for me, and living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for me. I have clarity of vision and strong focus; no darkness, no distractions, no confusion, no failure in Jesus’ name. Amen.

TRANSMIT THE RIGHT THOUGHTS

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things (Philippians 4:8).

Thoughts are powerful. Your thoughts release signals. Have you ever observed that while you may be thinking about something or someone, that person starts thinking about you and possibly shows up? At other times, you may be thinking about calling someone on the phone, and that person starts thinking of hearing from you, or calling you. And sometimes, you could be thinking about a particular thing, even though you’ve not said anything about it, someone near you starts thinking the same thing.

Now if you understand the spirituality of this and the science behind it, you’ll be amazed and become more careful about the thoughts you allow. Don’t allow just any thought in your mind, because thoughts can be transmitted. We all transmit thoughts, and sometimes, we can transmit thoughts into our environment that eventually affect us negatively.

For example, your room could retain your thoughts. Remember, everything in life has intelligence. The things in your room have memory; they receive information from you; and whatever they get from you can remain in the room.

You might have heard the term “Walls have ears”; it’s a literal truth, a scientific truth, as well as a proverb. So, in releasing the thoughts on your mind, be very careful because you make something happen; it could either be what you want or what you don’t want. Sure enough, whatever you make happen will be consistent with your state of mind—your thoughts.

Always, the Lord says to us, “Fear not!” It’s because if you allow thoughts of fear, they’ll affect you negatively and cripple your faith; fear will stop the power of God from flowing in your direction. So, discipline your mind and use it correctly. Think happy and excellent thoughts. When negative thoughts come to you—thoughts of discomfort, frustration, depression, anger, lack, etc.—refuse them! Say, “No!” Then, utter words of faith, gratitude, and praise to the Lord instead.

You can use your mind to channel good things in your direction, and prevent the wrong things from happening. Study our opening verse again and meditate on the kind of thoughts you should have and transmit.

PRAYER

Dear Father, I thank you for your Word that has the ability to produce your thoughts in me—thoughts of abundance, strength, victory, success, faith and the good life. As I study and meditate on your Word, my mind is renewed, transformed and metamorphosed; positioned for the higher life of success, glory and unending victory, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

The Quality Of Your Personality .
Thursday, September 17th .
Pastor Chris..For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was (James 1:22-24).
Our opening scripture isn't dealing with the image, in terms of the external form or representation of the man who looks at himself in the mirror, but with the "manner" or "kind" of man. A doer of the Word doesn't forget the "manner" of man he is: the quality of his personality.
You'd understand this better if we read from the eighteenth verse; it says, "Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures" (James 1:18).
God gave birth to us by the Word of truth; that is, the Gospel of Christ, so that we should be a kind or type of firstfruits of His creatures. That's awesome! What's the meaning of firstfruits? It means the first and the best of God's creatures.
When you were born again, you came up with a new kind and quality of life —the God-life. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says, "...If any man be in Christ, he is a new creation...." As a new creation in Christ Jesus, you're the perfection of beauty, and the best of everything God made. You're superior to Satan.
Thus, when a Christian says, "I need deliverance from the devil", it's because he has forgotten what "manner" or "type" of man he is. How could you need deliverance from Satan when you're superior to him?
The Bible says you're seated together with Christ in the heavenly realms, far above all principality and power. You occupy the place of the highest authority in Christ Jesus, far above Satan and everything that's connected to him.
Get to know the quality of your personality. It's the reason we bring the Word of God to you every day on different platforms, to enlighten you on who you are in Christ.
PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for making me the first and the best of everything you created. I'm the perfection of beauty, fashioned for excellence. My life is the manifestation of your glorious and majestic splendour; I display your perfections and unveil your multifaceted wisdom to the world, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

APPREHEND SPIRITUAL REALITIES

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1).

Being born again, you belong in the Kingdom of God's dear Son, which is a spiritual kingdom. In this kingdom, God has blessed you with all spiritual blessings. These include all things that pertain to life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3); everything you could ever want, that's consistent with God's perfect will for your life, is already yours in Christ.

Healing, prosperity, success, and the life of constant victories are realities that you can apprehend in the spirit realm, and appropriate to your life. However, laying hold on these and other spiritual realities in order to make them real —vital, tangible experience— in your personal life has to be by faith! What is faith? Faith is the response of the human spirit to the Word of God. The actions you take, your response to those realities that you see in the Word of God is what faith is.

Faith is acting on those realities defined for us by the Holy Spirit, apprehending the realities of the spiritual kingdom to which you belong, and superimposing them on the natural world. In other words, when you talk about your health, healing, prosperity, and your glorious life in Christ, you're not merely trying to make something happen; rather, you're only walking in the realities that exist in the spirit realm to which you belong.

PRAYER

Heavenly Father, I thank you for the power of your Word and the ministry of the Holy Spirit in my life. I thank you for enlightening my spirit to know and apprehend all that you've made available to me in Christ. I'm walking in the reality of my inheritance in Christ, conscious that I've overcome the world and its systems, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

TODAY'S RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DEVOTIONAL

TOPIC: ACTIVATING THE POWER.
DATE: WEDNESDAY 19TH AUGUST 2015.
TEXT: And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit; Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord… (Ephesians 5:18-20).
Activating the power of God and getting yourself stirred in the Holy Ghost is important for every Christian. Acts 1:8 says, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you…” ; meaning that everyone who’s born again and has received the Holy Spirit has received power. Though the power is in you, it may not be active on its own.
The one who wants to receive from God must activate the power of God for himself or herself through faith. Paul told Timothy to stir up the gift of God in him (2 Timothy 1:6), he was referring to the power of the Holy Spirit, which can be dormant in your spirit unless you activate it.
You’re responsible for activating His power in you. When you pray in tongues, you stir up that power. Another way to experience the release of the power of God in your life is by declaring God’s Word. For example, when you declare, “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me”; “I’m the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus”; “The Lord is the strength of my life”; it won’t be long before you’re filled with the Spirit.
You can turn the power on whenever you choose—wherever you are—by speaking in tongues, and declaring the Word with boldness. Stir up that power right now; declare the Word with faith, speaking in tongues as well. Before long, your spirit will be activated and the glory of God will be revealed through you.

CONFESSION
The Lord is my light and my salvation; He’s the strength of my life! He’s with me like a mighty One; therefore, no weapon fashioned against me prospers. The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; I have a goodly heritage. I go out with joy and I’m led forth with peace; my steps are ordered of the Lord. Joy, health, peace, prosperity and the good life are my heritage in Christ! Blessed be the Lord forever!
