Meeting with MBCS spiritual advisor Chief Reverend BHANTE B. SRI SARANANKARA NAYAKA MAHA THERO (Chief High Priest Judiciary of Malaysia and Chief Monk of Sri Lanka Buddhist Temple, Sentul KL, Chief Adhikarana Sangha Nayaka of Malaysia, Chief Judiciary Monk of Malaysia , Founder and Spiritual Advisor to Maha Karuna Buddhist Society) on better ways to handle members expectations due to the challenges of running a Buddhist cooperative.

Instead of blame/criticise/pointing fingers and finding faults without any substantial recommendations nor action to put cooperative interest above self interest, our MBCS board is still grateful to have members like Bro Chong Eng Beng, who are kind and understanding to empathise with the current state of affairs with MBCS which is driven by those members who are volunteers serving with their hearts, with tight funds, their limited know how and skills set to maintain the MBCS center operations and carry out MBCS activities from funeral service, memorial chanting and room rental business

10. Re-nomination Board members for the period 2023-2027

14. To approve the appointment of a panel of not less than 2 audit firms and to select one of the firms to audit the Koperasi accounts
15. To approve allowances to be given to active Board members and members of the Internal Audit Committee
16. To appoint a committee comprising 6 members of delegates and 3 members of the Board including the Chairman to verify the draft minutes of 18th AGM
17. To hear, consider or decide any other business of the Koperasi of which a notice of not less than seven (7) days has been given in writing to the Honorary Secretary
