Day 3 of SUPA Camp is already here and time has been flying by so fast! 🙌🔥

We thank God for good health, fantastic weather, and His faithfulness throughout camp so far. ☀️❤️

It’s a brand new day and we’re almost hitting the halfway mark of camp! Just look at the excitement and energy these kids are bringing every single day 🥳⚡ From the Praise & Worship sessions, games and activities to the sessions and huddles, the atmosphere has been amazing!

And it’s not just the campers having fun — our volunteers, helpers, and staff have also been enjoying every moment along the way 😄🙌

YES! We would truly appreciate your continued prayers as there’s still so much more happening today and tomorrow. Pray that every child will encounter God in a real and personal way throughout this camp ❤️🙏

Day 2 of SUPA Camp is officially underway 🚀🔥
And wow… Day 1 was absolutely AMAZING 🤍🙌

From the sessions to the games, activities, huddles, theme talks and all the fun in between — we’re already seeing God move in such beautiful ways in the lives of these kids 🫶✨

Do keep praying with us as our helpers, volunteers and staff continue to minister and journey alongside every camper throughout the camp. Pray for strength, wisdom, unity, protection and most importantly, hearts that are open to encounter God 💛

SUPA Camp is officially underway! 🥳🏕️

Throwing up some snapshots of our amazing staff, volunteers, and helpers — from packing for camp, carrying luggage, travelling to the campsite, setting up the venue, attending the final briefing, and getting to their designated stations to welcome and register campers… with lots of fun moments in between too 🤍

We’re so excited to see how God is going to move throughout this camp — not only in the lives of the campers, but also among every volunteer and helper serving alongside us.

Do keep us in prayer 🙏

• Pray for the campers, especially those experiencing their first overnight stay away from home, that they will feel comfortable, make new friends, and enjoy the experience.
• Pray for Marianne Liaw as she begins the first session, teaching the campers about Gospel partnership.
• Pray that this camp will be both fun and meaningful for everyone involved.
• Pray for good weather throughout all the camp activities ☀️

Earlier this week, we had our SU/FES prayer meeting, and Earn Soo shared a devotion from the book of Ruth. It was such a meaningful time for our central team to pause, engage in the devotion together, and pray for one another amidst all the busyness of camp preparations.

With a long stretch of back-to-back camps starting this weekend, things are definitely getting exciting (and a little hectic 😅). We would really appreciate your prayers for the SU North, Central, and Sabah teams as we prepare our hearts, minds, and logistics for the camps ahead.

What an encouraging time at our latest Children’s Ministry Training in Penang!

With over 90 participants across both English and Chinese sessions, we journeyed through the Bible together, tracing God’s plan of salvation and seeing how every promise finds its fulfilment in Christ Jesus. From interactive activities and creative game ideas to thoughtful questions and enthusiastic participation, the energy throughout the training was such a joy. Grateful as well for our partnership with Georgetown Baptist Church for graciously hosting us. Praying that more Sunday School teachers will continue to be equipped to teach God’s Word faithfully, clearly and effectively.

Scripture Union Primary Age (SUPA) Camp (Southern) is designed for children aged 7–12 in the southern region to build a strong foundation in their faith through God’s Word, within a nurturing and supportive environment.

This year’s theme, Mission 1:21, is inspired by Philippians 1:21 — “For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.” Through this theme, children will be challenged to become Gospel agents, learning to put Jesus at the centre of their lives in both joyful and challenging moments.

The camp is open to children aged 7–12 years old.
Registration is limited to 70 participants and will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

*SUPA Southern is a 2-day day camp (no overnight stay), taking place on 1–2 August 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Yesterday was gotong-royong day with our SU & FES fam at the Central Office mezzanine - and wow, we really showed up 💪✨

What started as “just clearing some old stuff” turned into full-on teamwork mode… with lots of laughter, random finds, and a bit of sweat along the way 😄

Huge shoutout to all the wonder men & wonder women who went all out—you guys really made it happen 🔥

And of course… we were rewarded with some really good chicken rice for lunch together 🍗🍚 (well deserved!!)

Now the space is cleaner, brighter, and we’ve got so much more room to work!
