The doors to Nyung Nay were meant to closeโฆ
yet compassion always leaves a little space for those still finding their way.
We received messages from friends who wished to join the retreat, some hoping to attend partially, others who quietly missed the registration deadline.
With this, we are pleased to announce that registration will be extended for three more days, closing on May 29.
If you have been hesitating, waiting, or feeling you missed your chance, perhaps this is your moment to answer the call. ๐ฟ
Nyung Nay is not an easy practice, but it is a deeply beautiful one. Through fasting, prostrations, mantra recitation, and silence, we slowly lay down what is heavy and return to the compassionate heart within.
Whether you can join fully or partially, you are warmly welcome.

With joy and sincere invitation, we welcome you to join a rare and powerful practice, the Nyung Nay Retreat on Thousand-Armed Chenrezig, the Buddha of Compassion.
In this gentle yet powerful practice, we step away from the noise of daily life and return inward through silence, fasting, full-body prostrations, mantra recitation, and the observance of the Eight Mahayana Precepts. In this simplicity, the heart is slowly softened, and the weight of old imprints is purified through sincere effort and devotion.
Blessed by the lineage of the great yogini Gelongma Palmo, Nyung Nay has been preserved through generations as a living stream of compassion, healing what is heavy, clearing what is obscured, and awakening what is already pure within us.
It is said that even a single retreat holds the power to create vast merit and open the heart in ways beyond words.
