I.N.C.O.V.A.R is a Buddhist Youth Dhamma Camp that aims to inspire and transpire youths of all walks of life to be future leaders of tomorrow.

We are a sub section of the BGF Youth Connection portfolio that is specifically engineered for Buddhist undergraduates (Intercollege and varsity students) aged between 18 and 25 years. INCOVAR strives to connect the bridge between pragmatic and theoretical Buddhist practices through their own unique and experiential activities. Members of the family are called INCOVARIANS. The INCOVAR Dhamma Camp

(IDC) is our annual highlight stay-in camp, usually of 4 days duration, that combines Dhamma talks, experiential workshops, devotional and inspirational practices, modern Buddhist music, and strong fellowship bonding. To date, there have been 38 IDCs successfully organized since 1989 with over 1,000 INCOVARIANS roaming around the globe. The IDC working team seeks to complement the fast changing social trend by runing on a fluid platform. Each camp concept is hand crafted to suit the social psychological pattern of that time. This assures our key takeaways and learning stays relevant.

Rather than letting the mind wander or the heart being suffocated, we allow both to support one another. This balance nurtures clarity, inner peace, and mindful living. It is not about perfection, but about caring for yourself internally, especially mentally.
