曾仪生牧师现为伯特利神召会的主理牧师，在牧会8年后，决定要更果效地走进人群，于是，2014年3月创立灯塔社区中心，是一所以服务社区为主的教会。同时成立了由政府承认的非盈利机构，命名为《好街坊关怀协会》，就坐落在槟城大路后罪案黑区地带。于2021年，与FGT Centre合并后，从此易名为伯特利神召会。目前，牧养着两间教会。
一个充满偶像崇拜的地方；打群架是70年代的常态；贩毒和卖淫是司空见惯的事；还有性工作者和嫖客、被巫术捆绑的人、患有抑郁症和自闭症的人及吸毒者等，这些被边缘化的人们，靠着社会关怀群体，一天天地继续存活下来...
当主差遣曾仪生牧师到大路后时，他的心对这社区充满了怜悯。于是他捲起袖子，恳求上帝指导和保护他，当他伸手向着这些无家可归者、失业者、穷困者甚至是当地的坏分子时，这些人都能够成为他外展努力的目标群体。
自2014年成立以来，一直马不停蹄地参与到社区关怀工作当中。
我们的服事包括为乐龄提供基本需要和白米，为清寒生免费提供天天补习班，免费兴趣班，免费提供每周义诊服务以及向精神病病患和抑郁症患者提供咨询和援助，还同时帮助吸毒者。
七年来，教会由2个人开始到目前125人（2020年最新数字）左右，接触及帮助了性工作者、嫖客、中降者、自闭症、忧郁症、吸毒者、黑道分子、失业者、流浪汉、贫困者等等。
曾牧师致力专注于门徒训练以及本地宣教，为主预备委身爱主、以生命影响生命的忠心门徒。拥有先知性恩赐的他，常常准确地发放神的话语给他的听众，同时他非常强调圣灵的能力以及信心突破的信息。假如您正寻找圣灵的膏抹及祂的彰显，您绝不会错过通过祂的仆人，亲身体验与神面对面的机会。
曾仪生牧师现年48岁，已婚，与陈佩珊师母和8岁的女儿曾祈共同组织幸福家庭。
After been serving as a pastor 8 years, I decided to go further helping in community fields. In march 2014, I founded a non-profit organization, named Persatuan Kebajikan Jiran Baik Pulau Pinang and pioneer a church Lighthouse Community Centre A/G. In 2021, after merging with FGT Centre, it has since changed its name to Bethel Assembly of God. Currently, he is pastoring two churches. A place full of idol worship. Gang fights we are the norm back in the 70s. Drug trafficking and prostitution were common practice. S*x workers and their clients, people bound by black magic, people suffering from depression and autism, drug addicts; these marginalized people just continued surviving from day to day, living from the charity of concerned persons who were touched by their plight. When the Lord sent me to Perak Road, my heart filled with compassion for them. So I rolled up my sleeves, prayed earnestly for God to guide and protect me as I reached out to the homeless, unemployed, poor and even the local mafia. They all became the target groups of my outreach efforts. It has been involved in community care ever since it was founded in 2014. Our ministries include giving away basic groceries & rice for the senior citizens, free daily tuition classes for poor students’, free hobbies classes, free weekly clinics as well as providing assistance and counseling to people suffering from mental illness and depression, we also help drug addicts. Pastor Michael Chan is devoted to discipleship and local mission. He is preparing the disciples who are committed and love the Lord with all of their lives. He explores in prophetic anointing often deliver an accurate message to his audience. He emphasizes on the power of the Holy Spirit and the word of faith that brings a breakthrough on the person who heard it.
