His Holiness is the highest ranking Rinpoche in the entire Kadhampa factions of Tibetan Buddhism that was recovered by His Holiness the 25th Kadham Trichen Rinpoche. His Holiness the 18th Dromtug Rinpoche is the reincarnation of Dromtoenpa, one of the Kadhampa Dharmaraja. His Holiness is also the emanation of Avalokitesvara which is known as Kuan Yin or Chenrezig, Mahasiddha Mahipa (One of the 84
Mahasiddhas of India), Phagspa and Manjushri Dharmaraja Jishonde. His Holiness is a Geshe in both Sutra and Ta**ra Buddhism which is equivalent to a double Ph.D. His Holiness possesses perfect Dharma lineage from Tsongkapa like Sravaka, Pratyeka and Mahayana; the four Maha-Yoga practice.
依尊第十八種菟仁波切（慧吉祥活佛），是由藏傳佛教嘎檔派（綠教）的嘎檔赤慶第廿五世大乘法王蓮花戲遊金剛（菩提精點睿賢甚盛慧源）所認證之大級活佛，乃大悲眼目觀（觀世音）菩薩之應化，亦是嘎檔派法王種敦巴轉世之僧王。因於過去世發願轉世為漢人，以便能以漢語，廣度因緣成熟之諸具心（有情）。故而救主 種菟仁波切乘願而來，以流利華語弘揚釋迦牟尼佛清淨圓滿的顯密教法於世界各地。
尊貴的依尊第十八世種菟仁波切（慧吉祥活佛）亦是大成就馬嘿巴（八十四成就者之一），勝者種敦巴（嘎檔派法王及祖師），元朝帝師（亦是國師）八思巴大師，文殊（柔德音）法王吉祥德（西藏最大寺院哲蚌寺開山祖師，最多時有二萬二千僧人），文殊（柔德音）師子等之應化，是僧中之僧王。
怙主 依尊慧吉祥活佛，是顯教及密法之給卸（格西），擁有大經（顯）及大續（密）雙博士學位，是當今罕有具有各種殊勝法脈傳承的金剛上師。依尊 種菟仁波切於三乘（聲聞‵獨覺‵大乘），四宗（經部‵顯現‵唯識‵中觀），密法的四續（事續‵行續‵猷釓續‵無上猷釓續），四大灌頂（寶瓶‵秘密‵智慧‵句義），以及生起次第及圓滿次第等修正，悉皆圓融通達。
