SREE DEWI KARUMARIYAMMAN TEMPLE

Dear devotees,

The temple will be holding the Chandi Yaagam beginning from 23.9.2016 (Friday) to 25.09.2016 (Sunday). All are invite to participate in the poojas and get the blessing of Annai Chamundeswari for a long and happy life.

Devotees are permitted to put in items listed below in the 13th Athiyaaya Maha Poornahuthi. The items are as follows:
Gundu Manjal, Yelakkaai, Kirambu, Pachai Karpuram, Venkadugu, Jaathikkai, Jathipathiri and Vilaamichaver.

Dear Devotees,

There will be held annual "TANNI KUDAM" function at temple on 16 January 2016 around 2.30pm. From that day we will start our Tiruvila Poojay every day until 8th February 2016 (Thiruvila).

TANNNI KUDAM function meaning, we will bring utchava ambal to near river and do abisyegam.. after that devotees will carry 48 kudam or more than that river water. Then they will folow ambal in pallaaku to temple.. its was traditional way that we folow until now (31 year).

So please accept this as a invitation and come to this function.
