我们的教会开始成立于1965年，当时它是由蔡湧先生创立的。至今已有很多年历史了。因上帝的安排，他是从一位来自新加坡的Miss Chow手里得到函授课程，从而认识基督复临安息日会的真理。就这样，他开始从一个“小康之家”办起基督复临安息会的儿童班。当中有他的孩子参于(他的孩子有11位，其中有7位受洗了)以及来自新加坡几位读神学的青年人帮助下慢慢增长。在这些年来，教会走过了许多挫折与试炼（曾搬迁七次）。但是在主的带领之下，古来基督复临安息日会由十几位人数到现在的八十几位了（人数还在增加当中）。因为大家持着对上帝爱的热忱，希望把福音传给当地的人。
