清龙坛创始于1930年在马六甲爱极乐新 村,创始人
赖海先生,道家法号法青,精通中医为村人医治病痛, 解决家宅风水问题等等, 经历日本统治时代,于1957年搬迁至古来, 起名清龙万应坛,为民众医治病痛, 解决家宅风水问题,也承接白事超渡等事宜, 1966年赖海先生仙逝, 赖霖振先生法号法顺担任坛主,当时清龙万应坛在古来无人不晓,远近驰名, 名声远至新加坡以及吉隆坡, 1982年赖霖振先生仙逝,赖集祥先生法号法道担任坛主,赖集祥先生于2012年仙逝,至今赖德龙先生担任坛主. 每年农历八月十六日为齐天大圣师公神诞,庆神诞丛十四日至十六日,十六日早上举办祝寿典礼, 十七日晚上设平安福宴竞标福品及慈善活动
