🔊 Dear family, the blood test reports from the health screening conducted at Kuching 611 Bread of Life Church on 6–8 August are now ready! 🩸
You may return to the registration counter during the following time slots to collect your reports:

1️⃣ 14/8/26 星期五(FRI) ➡️ 7pm-730pm
2️⃣ 15/8/26 星期六 (SAT) ➡️ 4pm-5pm
3️⃣ 16/8/26 星期天 (SUN) ➡️ 8.30am-9am
4️⃣ 18/8/26 星期二 (TUES) ➡️ 11:00am-1pm
5️⃣ 21/8/26 星期五 (FRI) ➡️ 11:00am-1pm

*‼️健康报告属于个人隐私，若有人无法前来领取，请当事人私下信息我（源喜牧师 0187707611）说明自己的报告要委托谁领取，我方才能给予索取哦*
💡 *也请大家把这个信息发给您邀请有来参与验血活动的家人和朋友哦*
‼️ Health reports contain personal and confidential information. If you are unable to come and collect your report in person, please privately message Pastor Yuan Xi (018-770 7611) and let him know who you would like to authorize to collect your report. We can only release the report to the authorized person.
💡 Please also share this information with the family members and friends whom you invited to participate in the blood test screening.

• 2个同样容量的水瓶 【500ml 或 1L 都可以】
• 1条长浴巾

Happening tomorrow, *14/8 (Friday) at 7:30 PM!* 💪
Please come dressed in *light, comfortable sportswear* 👕👟
Also, please prepare:
• *2 water bottles of the same size* — 500ml or 1L
• *1 long bath towel*
🏋🏻 These will be used during the warm-up and activities.
Come with a relaxed heart and get ready to *move, learn, and have fun together!* 💪😊
