🌸 Picnic at Waterfall: A Day of Relaxation and Connection

This past Saturday, we had the most amazing day at the beautiful waterfall located at Jalan Kampung Payong, Sungai Tong! 🌿✨

Surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature, we gathered for a delightful picnic that offered a refreshing escape from our daily routines. The lush scenery and cool mist from the waterfall created the perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. 🧘‍♀️💧

This outdoor activity allowed us to connect not only with nature but also with each other, strengthening our bonds in such a peaceful setting. We enjoyed delicious food, shared laughter, and engaged in meaningful conversations, making unforgettable memories together. 🍉🥪❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who joined and contributed to the wonderful atmosphere. These moments remind us of the beauty of community and the importance of taking time to unwind and appreciate our surroundings.

7 DAY SAMATHA MEDITATION RETREAT CONDUCTED BY AJAHN KOVIDO ~ 04/03/2026 - 10/03/2026.

As always, we are very grateful to Ajahn Kovido and hope Ajahn is healthy and live long, continue teaching us.

Some noble points learned / inspired / collected during the retreat :
found biggest project throughout samara!
felt the danger of samsara/urgency to practice and contemplate frequently
learn how to make adithana to be enlightened in this life or next life
showing what is path and what is not path
practice doing what needs doing now
have confidence in ourselves and trust we have good kamma to be enlightened
straightened our views in Q&A, many of us enjoy the session

活动： 2025年法勝苑卡提那庆典

菩提精舍的佛友们怀着虔敬之心，前往Dhamma Vijaya参与一年一度的卡提那盛典。这是一场功德殊胜的聚会，众人以清净心共襄盛举。

庆典主要活动包括：

· 卡提那仪式
· 供养袈裟与四资具予比丘僧团
· 接受僧众的祝福与功德回向

卡提那的功德如海，藉此因缘不仅圆满布施波罗蜜，更成就护持三宝的殊胜善业。随喜Dhamma Vijaya佛友们的精心筹备，随喜所有参与者真诚的供养之心。

愿此功德：

· 回向正法久住，僧伽和合
· 回向一切众生速证涅槃
