在1953年之前，西天宫是一所由林瑞隆师，杨勤女士及黄卡女士发起筹设的私人小庙，安奉观音及九皇大帝。经过多年的努力，终于在2015搬迁至新宫，掀开瓜拉庇朥西天宫九皇大帝的历史新篇。
