WEEKLY MEDITATION & SATIPAṬṬHĀNA LEARNING SESSION
Wednesday, 9 September | 8 – 10 pm | Nalanda Centre, Sri Serdang

We warmly invite you to join us for the final Satipaṭṭhāna Learning Session and group meditation this Wednesday, 9 September, led by Sis. Paruadi.

Concluding our learning on Dhammānupassanā (Contemplation of Dhamma), the fourth foundation of mindfulness, this session will explore the Four Noble Truths and the Noble Eightfold Path. We will learn how these fundamental teachings of the Buddha help us understand suffering, its cause, its cessation, and the path of practice that leads towards liberation.

The session begins at 8pm. All are warmly welcome to join us for this concluding evening of meditation, learning and Dhamma cultivation, as we bring our journey through the Four Foundations of Mindfulness to a meaningful close.
