Dhammaduta Youth (D2Y) also known as Dhammaduta Development Youth is a Buddhist youth that organizes projects and activities such as annual youth camps, self-developmental workshops, go-green initiatives, chinese new year carolling, and many more. Dhammaduta Development Youth

THINGS WE DO:
D2Y serves as a learning platform where youth of all ages come together to teach, learn, develop, and grow to become leaders of tomorrow. Our activities aimed to provide hands-on learning experience for our youths to further develop themselves, strengthen one's personal skills and abilities, and to further expand their Dhamma knowledge. Not only that, our activities also comprises of bonding and fellowship activities which are aimed to unite and strengthen one's friendships. Here's some of the activities that we’ve done and participated:
- Study tour to Kong Meng San, Singapore
- Chanting workshop in Buddhist Maha Vihara
- Welfare trip to Taman Sinar Harapan, Kuala Kubu Bahru
- ‘Dhamma in Action’ trip to Sasanarakha Buddhist Sanctuary
- “Lawatan Sambil Belajar” to Gua Tempurung
- Cultural Exchange to Fo Guang Shan, D**g Zhen
- Camp Exchange Program with Seck Kian Eenh, Melaka
- International Buddhist Youth Seminar, Fo Guang Shan, Taiwan
- Inter-Cultural Buddhist Youth Exchange (IBYE) & International Buddhist Youth Forum (IBYF) 2013, Malaysia
- Inter-Buddhist Youth Games
- Dhammduta Development Youth Camp (D2YC)
- D2Y Annual Camp-X (Leadership/Development Camp)
- D2Y Annual Chinese New Year Caroling
- D2Y Annual Wesak Event
- D2Y Bi-Annual Parent’s Appreciation Day
- D2Y Charity/Community Projects
and many more. A key element in these activities is the involvement of the youths themselves in deciding what area they would like to develop. In this manner, not only will we impart knowledge that we feel are necessary, but the youths themselves can receive training in areas they feel are important. This also encourages the youth to open up and speak their minds. We’ve heard many wild and many ideas so if you’re the wacky type, you might just feel right at home.
