What an amazing three days it has been at Breaker Rock Beach 🌊

As waves of fun, laughter, and worship filled every moment, we were reminded of this unchanging truth: God’s truth never changes.

Thank you to every volunteer, parent, and child who made this VBS so special. It was such a joy to see little hearts discovering Jesus, friendships forming, and faith being planted in such simple yet meaningful moments.

We’re walking away anchored, grateful, and reminded that in every tide of life, Jesus is our firm foundation!

In Daniel 4, we’re reminded that our achievements are never truly our own. Every blessing, opportunity, and success is by the grace of God. May we choose humility and give glory to God in all things.

In Daniel 3, faith was tested under pressure. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego refused to bow, even when it meant the fire. Their faith wasn’t based on outcomes, but on who God is.

And in the fire, God met them there. They were not alone, but rescued by the presence of the preincarnate Son of God.

We’re reminded that faith is not only trusting God for deliverance, but also trusting Him in surrender. Even when the outcome is uncertain, we choose to remain faithful.

Happy Mother’s Day 🌷

Today we thank God for our CBC mothers, grandmothers, spiritual mothers, and mother figures who have loved, prayed, sacrificed, and faithfully cared for others in both seen and unseen ways.

Your love reflects the heart of Christ more than you know. We honour and appreciate you today!

A king’s dream turned into a crisis, but it also became a moment of revelation.

Daniel responded with prayer, dependence, and worship. And God showed Himself to be sovereign over everything—time, kingdoms, and even the most uncertain situations.

We're reminded that our God is not distant. He is in control and worthy of our trust.

We may not always choose where we’re placed, but we can choose how we live.

In Daniel 1, Daniel remained faithful in a place that wasn’t home, and God was with him every step of the way.

From walking through trials, to celebrating family, and investing in the next generation, we remain anchored in Christ, our sure and steady hope.
