You’ve practised meditation for years—so why can it still feel so difficult to bring your practice into everyday life?
You’ve completed Joy of Living (JOL) Levels 1, 2 and 3, perhaps even the Path of Liberation (POL). On the cushion, you may be able to rest in awareness, and perhaps even recognize the nature of mind.
But when work gets stressful, emotions arise, relationships become difficult or life simply gets busy, we may find that despite everything we have learned and practised, our practice somehow loses its power when we need it most.
How do we bring our practice off the cushion and into life?
This November, join Mingyur Rinpoche in Kuala Lumpur for the two-day Anytime Anywhere Meditation (AAM) Workshop, where he will share simple and practical ways to integrate meditation into everyday life, and build a more sustainable practice.
How can we sustain our practice in the midst of a busy life?
How can we bring awareness and nature of mind practice into work, relationships and difficult emotions?
And how can stress, distractions, challenges and obstacles themselves become opportunities for practice?
For those who have practised JOL, POL or meditation for many years, AAM is not simply about learning another set of techniques. It is an opportunity to explore how to bring what we have already learned more fully into the way we actually live.
Bring what you’ve learned into life—and make your practice something you can truly live.
