馬來西亞慈惠堂为一所註冊的宗教团体, 由余蓮(道生)道長與鍾觀佛(悟空)道長創立於1990年,設堂於吉隆坡蕉賴康樂花園,主祀無極瑤池西天王母娘娘,又名瑤池金母,乃西方瑤池極樂世界的主宰。 慈惠堂稟承母娘慈悲教化,以三教(儒釋道)立道,以熱誠的心,奉獻的精神與無畏的態度來實現”大同世界”的理想。
馬來西亞慈惠堂的活動 :
慈善布施活動:
每年貧老布施二十一年來不曾間斷。 赠医施药（活动诊所）为60岁以上乐龄人士提供免费中医服务及免费中药. 慈惠关爱中心的设立，结集众人的力量以助人为乐的理念，为建立一个爱心社会而努力。
教育文化活動:
每年的兒童生活營,青少年生活营亦是將教育工作全面化。 於1995年開始到2002年曾延請台灣學者有如:林安梧教授,陳廖安教授,曾燦燈教授,鄭志明教授…等等,以及賴淑惠講師辦過許多不同主題的講座會,以做到全面性的教育功用。
教育慈善活動:
曾為康樂華小募款籌建多元用途禮堂(七十五千); 新紀元學院(二十五千); 贈書馬來亞大學(五千)以及贊助馬來亞大學到北京與新加坡參加世界大學辯論賽機票與用費,都得到嘉績,為國爭光。
大型海外宗教交流活動:
2000 年假金馬皇宮酒店,並請到我國前首相敦馬哈迪醫生隆重開幕的”跨世紀宗教學研討會”共有七國十三位中外學者參與,可謂盛況空前。1996,1998 年兩度舉辦台灣全省道教宮堂廟宇參訪走透透,結集馬來西亞各宗教團體參訪台灣超過60間道教大小宮堂廟宇,以促進雙方文化交流,提升互識而達互動之目的,與團者莫不大開眼界,法喜充滿。
賑災与重建計劃:
馬來西亞慈惠堂参与了多项賑災与重建計劃，包括2002 年台湾大地震，2004年南亞海嘯, 緬甸風災賑災計劃 等。除了運送物資運抵达灾区，募集捐款建造賑災屋村, 馬來西亞慈惠堂也多次前往災区義診， 施惠于超过10,000人, 贏得各國政府及人民一致讚譽。
Persatuan Pengajian Agama ChiHui Tang KL (“ChiHui Tang KL”) is a registered religious organisation. Established by Master Dao Sheng and Brother Wu Kong in 1990, ChiHui Tang KL is currently located in Taman Taynton of Cheras. The Host and main deity of ChiHui Tang is “WONG MU NIANG NIANG” with the basic doctrine being creating a loving and sharing ethnicity. The key activities of ChiHui Tang KL :
Charity Donations :
The annual charity donations and the free medical services to the senior citizen have been organized for more than seven years. Senior Citizen Day :
A family day to pay tribute and to show love to the senior members of family has now been organized for its 13th year. Educational :
Annual learning camps for school children and youth, as well as the seminar/exchange sessions with prominent scholars in Taiwan allow ChiHui Tang to further extend it educational objectives. Fund raising activities for schools:
Funding supports to various learning institutes such as SJKC Taman Connaught, New Era etc. International Religion Exchange Programmes :
The Millennium Religion Conference held at the Palace of the Golden Horse Hotel in 2000 was officiated by the previous Prime Minister, Tun Dr. Mahathir. Trips were also organised in 1996 and 1998 to visit the religious associations/temples in Taiwan. Relief & Reconstruction Programmes :
Several relief and reconstruction efforts planned and implemented :
° Relief support and visits to affected areas in Taiwan during the earth-quake tragedy in Taiwan in 2002
° Relief and reconstruction activities in Sri Lanka since Tsunami disaster in 2004. In addition to delivering food and financial aids to support the reconstruction activities, ChiHui Tang KL has also sent TCM practitioners to Sri Lanka for three consecutive years, helping more than 8,000 locals in Sri Lanka
° Relief and reconstruction activities in Myanmar since Nargis cyclone in May 2008. In November 2008, ChiHui Tang has organised an expedition to visit and offer aids to part of the five provinces located at the southwest of Myanmar hit by the cyclone disaster. The aid was supported by the Government of Myanmar and is part of the on-going collaboration effort with the various works by Ven. the President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka on Religious & Cultural Affairs.
