The Ambassador' Of the Gospel As ambassadors of the gospel we want to draw people to the kingdom. Paul tells us that as ambassadors for Christ, God is making his appeal through us.

In the Greek, the word translated as appeal also translates as ‘to call for’. How can I pray for you?

The purpose of this is the promotion of the Gospel of 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭 to all the people, to the end that they might come to know the 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭 as their personal Saviour.

Sometimes life feels like ruins—dreams broken, prayers unanswered, enemies louder than God’s voice. Like Israel, we may wonder: “Lord, have You forgotten us?”

But Psalm 74 reminds us to look back. The same God who split the Red Sea, who created day and night, who set the seasons in place, is still in control. Our situation may feel overwhelming, but His power and covenant love have not changed.

The psalm ends not in despair but in faith-filled prayer:
“Arise, O God, plead thine own cause.”
We can echo this today—asking God to rise on our behalf, not only to rescue us, but to show the world that His name is worthy of honor.

Heavenly Father,
When I feel abandoned, remind me of all the times You have been faithful.
When enemies mock, defend Your name and show Your glory.
Arise, Lord, and fight for me—for my family, for my community, for Your kingdom.
I trust that You have not forgotten Your covenant of love.
Amen.

Humans are fearful beings. Survival is our primary goal, and the fear of death is one that many people struggle with for their entire lives. God has given us the chance to live without that primary fear.

God has allowed all Christians to not fear judgment day and enjoy everlasting life. God's love for us is without fear, but can we say the same? This should be our ultimate goal, one that we must strive for. The reward: a life in heaven, next to our savior, Jesus Christ.Eternal and forgiving God, you have shown me light of truthful and pure love. With all my being I wish to reciprocate it to you.

Forgive me, my Lord, for my times of weakness and fear. My faith has wavered, my knees have buckled, my eyes have shed tears, but I pray that you know that I know that you were always with me. I long to stand next to you in heaven, and with each breath I take, I get closer to that day. Merciful God, I pray all of this to your name, Amen.

Be gentle. Be humble. Love each other. Not much more to say.

Gentle and loving God, mold me the way that you see fit. I want to be more like you with every breath that I take, but I am a sinner. Forgive me for my sins, for not loving my brothers and sisters. I seek to love all of them, love Jesus, and love you. Amen.

Despite this, they are called to remain innocent, peaceful, and reliant on God's protection and guidance. The verse emphasizes the challenges of living out and sharing the Christian faith in a world that may not always be receptive or kind.

We have countless opportunities to help those in need! Our world is imperfect, and poverty will always be a huge concern. and praying over the hearts of those who are hurting. Prayer is powerful, and we can change the world by calling on the name of the Lord.

Psalms 73:25 (KJV) Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee.

The earth is corrupt and full of temptation. The desire for riches, fame, and an extravagant lifestyle is common for most people. Christians see something more important than earthly things as our focus is on the Lord; He is our treasure, safe refuge, and precious friend. Nothing compares to His steadfast love and the peace we have in His presence. We will make it a priority to share the Gospel with everyone so they too can see the value of life with God.

Dear Lord, You are more precious than silver and gold. Show us opportunities to guide others to You; we want them to experience salvation along with us. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
