赵公明又称赵玄坛、黑虎玄坛、赵元帅等， 他原是道教的护法神之一， 道教将其奉为将神，
Zhao Gongming is also known as Zhao Xuantan, Black Tiger Xuantan, Marshal Zhao, etc. He was originally one of the guardian deities of Taoism, and Taoism reveres him as a marshal deity.
凡买卖求财只要对赵公明祈祷, 便无不称心如意， 古代民间贴挂他的神像多了， 就离不开他了，将他称为正财神。 他是元帅，武将打扮，顶盔披甲，着战袍， 所以称他为武财神。 传说赵公明是一位经商奇才， 经商理念以信用为本， 以聪颖勤劳而聚财有方； 以经营得当，管理严密而理财有道； 以慈善爱民、仗义济困和疏财爱国而用财有义。 古人在感悟赵公明的财富文化时， 将赵公明逐步神化。
In all buying and selling to seek wealth, as long as one prays to Zhao Gongming, everything will be as satisfactory as desired. In ancient times, his divine image was widely hung in folk homes, and people became inseparable from him, calling him the Orthodox God of Wealth. He is a marshal, dressed as a military general with a helmet and armor, wearing a battle robe, hence he is also known as the Martial God of Wealth. Legend has it that Zhao Gongming was a genius in business, whose commercial philosophy was based on credit, and he accumulated wealth through wisdom and diligence; he managed finances effectively with proper operation and strict management; he used wealth justly by being charitable to the people, righteous in aiding the needy, and generous in patriotism. As ancient people contemplated Zhao Gongming's wealth culture, they gradually deified him.
