This health screening event was held on May 19th at Taman Aulong Taiping. The location is a Chinese New Village, very close to the market. Before the health screening event, a group of students was already there selling books and distributing flyers. So, when we started the health checkup event, there were already residents waiting to participate. This time, besides the church members from Taiping and Ipoh helping out, students from The Light also participated.
More than 20 church members and students helped organize this event. On that day, 81 local residents came for the health checkup. Afterwards, they also participated in the follow-up health seminar organized by the Taiping church.

On April 14th, the Bukit Mertajam church held a health checkup event for the local residents at Taman Sri Rambai. The purpose was to raise their awareness about health. This was followed by health seminars to further engage with them. On that day, more than 30 church members and a team of nurses from the Penang Adventist Hospital came to help with the event.

Thank God, 89 residents participated in the health checkup that day. Afterwards, about 23 residents attended the health seminar organized by the Bukit Mertajam church.

On April 21, Kuantan Chinese Church held an extraordinary health event. They chose the famous Taman Gelora park in Kuantan for the event because many local residents enjoy exercising and jogging there. This time, in addition to health check-ups, the organizers also conducted physical fitness tests for the residents. Each participant had to challenge themselves to successfully complete the tasks.😄

Brother Gilbert Lam and his wife Sister Gan organized this health screening event. They hope to convey health information to the residents of Tangkak. We collaborated with the team from Aenon Health Care to hold this event. The residents enjoyed the health activities, with a total of 70 local residents participating.
