Skyline SIB is a vibrant, modern and growing city church in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia. It began in 2001 with 60 people and is now a vibrant community of over 1,200. We exist to share God’s awesome and incredible love for every person in a life-changing and contemporary way through the good news of Jesus Christ. We believe we are called to live out the Vision of:

LOVE GOD,

MAKE DISCIPLES

AND

TRAN

SFORM COMMUNITIES


The Vision is based on Jesus’ Great Commandment and His Great Commission! Skyline’s distinctive culture includes passion for worship, the Word of God, faith in God, families, the marketplace and the poor. Youth, Campus Students, Single Adults Families and Senior citizens find new life in Skyline. They’re revived to love God, rejuvenated to be purposeful, re-fired to serve, restored to a living community, and reignited to godly destinies as each comes to know the God who IS! In One God revealed in the three persons of the Trinity In Jesus Christ.

2. His full humanity and deity, His virgin birth, His atoning work, His bodily resurrection, His ascension and His personal return in power and glory.

3. In the Holy Spirit who regenerates, sanctifies, guides and empowers all believers.

4. In the Bible as the inspired, infallible Word of God In Justification by faith in the Jesus Christ as the means of eternal salvation. In the Resurrection of all men and women to a final judgment.

Work comes with its challenges, but we were never meant to navigate them on our own.

When our own strength isn’t enough, we learn to depend on God for wisdom, discernment and boldness.

And when we do, even our work can become grace-filled, Spirit-filled and harvest-filled. 🙏🏼

Gen Z can smell a highlight reel a mile away. 👀

They’ve grown up scrolling past the “look at my perfect life” posts and they’re not buying it anymore. What they’re hungry for isn’t more polish. It’s more truth.

Here’s the thing: when the older generation only shows what they’ve got it all together, it doesn’t inspire the next generation, it isolates them. But when we’re honest about our weaknesses, our struggles, our unfinished stories?

That’s when we give the younger generation permission to dream. 🌱
Authenticity isn’t a weakness. It’s a mission we pass down.

40 Days of Dawn Prayer + Fasting is here! 🙏🏼

From 8 August to 16 September, we’re coming together as a church to seek God, pray in faith, and believe for what He wants to do in our lives, families, church, city, and nation.

Dawn Prayer starts at 5:45am until 7:00am everyday (except Sundays).

What if the biggest lie you’ve believed is that you’ve gone too far from God?

The truth is, His heart has never changed.

When we’ve been faithless, He has remained faithful. When we’ve been weak, He has been strong. His grace has always been reaching for us, and His arms have always been open.

No matter where you find yourself today, there’s always a way back to the Father.
