建立一间荣耀上帝，传扬基督福音，装备信徒成为门徒，并在爱与合一中服事的教会。 马来西亚基督教卫理公会沙巴年议会目前在沙巴设立了21间堂会及布道所或布道中心，并分为东教区、西教区，以及国语教区。沙巴亚庇神恩堂是属於西教区其中一间堂会也是沙巴卫理公会第一间开始的教会。目前主日崇拜平均出席人数为五百人左右。
