Sumathy conducted small house meeting at Bayan Baru, Penang, Malaysia. Dr. Luke Ragunathan shifted to Kangar, Perlis to a public university for lecturing. However, they never stop serving the Lord at their homes, sometime the crowd averaged less than 20-30 people. Pastor would teach the Word of God while Mdm. Sumathy would lead in praise and worship. It was not long before the Lord spoke to Dr. Lu
ke Ragunathan to move into a new shop-house building and set up a sanctuary. He obeyed God, and with only RM 5000—but by strong urge by the Lord a sanctuary was set up for the Lord in northern most part of Malaysia, Perlis. He was led to start a church, Global Harvest Ministries Perlis in 2009, under the covering of Global Harvest Ministries Penang. With less than 30 disciples, the church continued to have services every Saturday. Many leaders were trained and disciples under his leadership. The demonstration of work of God was intense and many throughout Malaysia were drawn to these meetings. In 29th December 2010, Mr. Ragunathan was directed by the Lord to release the church to the leaders and pick up new task to "Care for the Poor, Helpless, Widow and Needy". In 9th January 2011, God specifically name the ministries as "CHRIST-LIKE TRANSFORMING MINISTRIES" aim to change the traditional church believers into Christ Like nature (disciples) and to win the lost soul. From January 2011 to June 2011, the ministers have progress into seven divisions as god specific plan as he has shown to Prophet Noah. They are, 1. Message Center

7. Stewardship Center
Today, there are 220 partners in this ministry in entire land of Malaysia and in many different countries such as France, United Kingdom, India, Singapore, Australia and etc. Numerous small churches and many leaders/disciples has been trained and release by this ministries all over the earth.
