Luang Phor Pern (1923–2002) was a highly influential and legendary monk in modern Thailand, considered one of the three most revered monks of contemporary Thailand, alongside Luang Phor Koon and Luang Phor Pae. He was revered as the "Tiger-Taming Arhat" for his mastery of tiger amulets and Sak Yant tattoos, and his temple, Wat Bang Phra, is widely recognized as a sacred site for Sak Yant tattooing throughout Thailand.
​龙婆本（1923-2002）是现代泰国一位极具影响力和传奇色彩的僧侣，与龙婆坤和龙婆培并称为泰国当代最受尊崇的三位僧侣。他因精通老虎护身符和萨克扬纹身技艺而被尊称为“驯虎阿罗汉”，他所在的寺庙邦帕寺（Wat Bang Phra）也被广泛认为是泰国萨克扬纹身的圣地。
