Hari ini kita akan merenungkan satu perkara yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan seorang pengamal Dhamma: bagaimanakah kita harus berlatih supaya kehidupan ini benar-benar bergerak menuju pembebasan?

Ajaran Buddha bukan sekadar untuk dibaca, dihafal atau dibincangkan. Dhamma perlu diamalkan dan dilihat sendiri hasilnya dalam hati kita.
