路加福音 2：41 - 51
每年到逾越節，他父母就上耶路撒冷去。 當他十二歲的時候，他們按著節期的規矩上去。守滿了節期，他們回去，孩童耶穌仍舊在耶路撒冷。他的父母並不知道，以為他在同行的人中間，走了一天的路程，就在親族和熟識的人中找他，既找不著，就回耶路撒冷去找他。過了三天，就遇見他在殿裡，坐在教師中間，一面聽，一面問。凡聽見他的，都希奇他的聰明和他的應對。他父母看見就很希奇。他母親對他說：我兒！為甚麼向我們這樣行呢？看哪！你父親和我傷心來找你！耶穌說：為甚麼找我呢？豈不知我應當以我父的事為念麼？他所說的這話，他們不明白。他就同他們下去，回到拿撒勒，並且順從他們。他母親把這一切的事都存在心裡。

Luke 2: 41 - 51
Every year Jesus’ parents went to Jerusalem for the Festival of the Passover. When he was twelve years old, they went up to the festival, according to the custom. After the festival was over, while his parents were returning home, the boy Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem, but they were unaware of it. Thinking he was in their company, they traveled on for a day. Then they began looking for him among their relatives and friends. When they did not find him, they went back to Jerusalem to look for him. After three days they found him in the temple courts, sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions. Everyone who heard him was amazed at his understanding and his answers. When his parents saw him, they were astonished. His mother said to him, “Son, why have you treated us like this? Your father and I have been anxiously searching for you.” “Why were you searching for me?” he asked. “Didn’t you know I had to be in my Father’s house?” But they did not understand what he was saying to them. Then he went down to Nazareth with them and was obedient to them. But his mother treasured all these things in her heart.

He spoke light into darkness, brought order out of chaos, and created mankind in His own image. From the very start, God's creation was filled with purpose, blessing, and goodness.

No matter how dark or uncertain life may seem, the Creator who said, "Let there be light," is still bringing light, hope, and purpose today.

彼得和十一個使徒站起，高聲說：猶太人和一切住在耶路撒冷的人哪，這件事你們當知道，也當側耳聽我的話。你們想這些人是醉了；其實不是醉了，因為時候剛到巳初。這正是先知約珥所說的：神說：在末後的日子，我要將我的靈澆灌凡有血氣的。你們的兒女要說預言；你們的少年人要見異象；老年人要做異夢。在那些日子，我要將我的靈澆灌我的僕人和使女，他們就要說預言。在天上、我要顯出奇事；在地下、我要顯出神蹟；有血，有火，有煙霧。日頭要變為黑暗，月亮要變為血；這都在主大而明顯的日子未到以前。

Then Peter stood up with the Eleven, raised his voice and addressed the crowd: “Fellow Jews and all of you who live in Jerusalem, let me explain this to you; listen carefully to what I say. These people are not drunk, as you suppose. It’s only nine in the morning! No, this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: “‘In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams. Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy. I will show wonders in the heavens above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and billows of smoke. The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord. And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.
