The Four Immeasurable

May all sentient beings have happinesses!

May all sentient beings be free of suffering and the cause of suffering!

May all sentient beings never be parted from happiness free of suffering!

May all sentient beings abide in equanimity free from bias, attachment and aversion!

四無量心（梵文 Caturapramāṇāḥ），是佛教中「慈、悲、喜、捨」四種廣大、平等、無條件地利益眾生的心境，又稱四梵住或四等心，是菩薩道修行的基礎，旨在願眾生得安樂（慈）、拔眾生苦（悲）、見眾生樂而歡喜（喜）、對一切眾生平等無愛憎（捨），是破除我執、實現自利利他的重要法門。

This is the most supreme of the Mantra. Recite as much as possible, anytime, anywhere. It has the benefits of receiving the blessings of Chenrezig ( Kuan Ying ), Manjushri ( Wisdom Budhisattva) , Varjapani ( Varja Holder ).
