上星期，17 个孩子去了 LEGOLAND 的 SEA LIFE。

第一次看见海星的孩子，
手指碰一下又赶紧缩回来。

有人贴着水族箱玻璃看了半天。
有人一直问鲨鱼会不会咬人。

🙏 这一趟是 Lions Club 全程赞助的。
门票、交通、午餐都由他们承担。

我们孤儿院 22 个孩子。
日常的课本、文具、补习费，
已经占满每个月的预算。

被带出去玩一次的机会，
对他们来说是难得的。

Last week, 17 of our children went to
LEGOLAND's SEA LIFE aquarium.

The first time touching a starfish,
fingers brushed the water — then quickly pulled back.

The first time pressing close to the glass tank,
noses almost touching.

Someone kept asking if the sharks really bite.
Someone watched the jellyfish drift,
quietly, for a long while.

This trip was made possible by Lions Club.
Tickets, transport, lunch —
all covered by them.

Our children didn't pay a single cent,
and they had their first afternoon like this.

🙏 Thank you, Lions Club.

Not every children's home gets to take kids
on a day out like this.

Not because they don't want to.
But because the monthly budget —
textbooks, stationery, tuition, school shoes —
is already full.

We currently care for 22 children.
The youngest is 5 months.
The oldest sits SPM next year.

Each one needs to keep going to school.
Each one also deserves to see the world
once in a while.

这 23 位里，
有人为了省车资，

津贴不是凭空来的。
是每一位捐款的善心人
凑出来的。

我们把您的捐款，
直接转换成「洗肾治疗券」。
一张券 = 一位津贴病患的一次治疗。

Our dialysis centre currently cares for 56 patients.
Twenty-three of them are on our subsidy programme.

For every single session they receive,

Some share a ride with a neighbour to save the fare.

then rush back to mind their stall.

by people who choose to give.

for a subsidised patient.
