德教会乃提昇道德教育团体。謹以十章八则为宗旨教条，善导体现，培育人格品行为本；辅以佈施慈善，赠医施药，赈災恤难；礼以中华传统民间信仰。
始阁創立於1939年中国廣東省潮州潮阳县，名: 紫香阁。
战后南传海外，分佈於马來西亚，新加坡，泰國，越南，寮国，印尼，香港，澳门，台湾，日本，纽西兰，澳洲，美国，加拿大等世界各地，立阁數百单位，揚大教化。
