皇后金刚寺始创於 25.08.1995年，距今已有 20年。创庙以来历经几许波折，因三番几次遭受回禄之灾，迫於无奈，一再迁移。第一次位於补来区，因为失火即迁往皇后区彭迪卡，复遭火神吞噬，再搬到目前的地址，其间经历挫折、困扰，全赖十方善信虔诚支持，给予鼓励协助，从简陋斗室直至今日现址，香火延续至今，实为本庙理事会诸人及善男信女之激励，并促进彼此之间精诚合作、团结一致。
