We are seeking to anyone that can help in solving this temple main hall construction. It's about temple land area and the factory land area overlapping title. Same owner, factory owner donate this pieces of land to build a temple but the main hall area build on a part of factory land area... Local authorities said it is illegal. Temple building can only build within its area.

Land owner said ok, but local authority said no...

Anyone?
