Naag Panchami falls on 17 August 2026, an auspicious day when devotees offer prayers and seek the blessings of Naag Devta.

Naag Panchami signifies reverence for nature, respect for all living beings, and gratitude for the divine forces that protect and sustain life. May the blessings of Naag Devta bring harmony, happiness and abundance to all devotees and their loved ones.

Satya Narayan Katha – 15 August 2026

15 August 2026 marked another auspicious programme of Shri Satyanarayan Katha (Purnimashi) at our temple by Shrimati Susheela Devi (Sheila Devi - Buntong) and family; came together with our devotees to observe the sacred pooja.

The programme began with prayers and Nav Graha Pooja performed by the family, followed by the recitation of the Shri Satyanarayan Katha, which consists of five chapters narrating the glory of Bhagwan Satya Narayan and the importance of faith, devotion and truth.

The programme continued with Havan, in which family members and devotees participated with devotion. It concluded with soulful bhajans presented by the family, followed by the distribution of Prasad and Mahaprasad.

“Prasad is not merely food; it is Bhagwan’s blessing, received with gratitude and shared with love and devotion.”

May Bhagwanji bless the family and all devotees with peace, happiness, prosperity and good health.

Dear devotees,

Jai Shree Krishna

Shrimati Sharda Devi Chaubey and family organised today’s Sundarkand Path at our mandir. As always, devotees came together to recite the path collectively, creating an atmosphere filled with devotion and spiritual energy.

The path was followed by bhajans, aarti and bhog, bringing the programme to a beautiful conclusion.

At the end of the path, Panditji Mouneshwar Tripathiji shared the meaning of one of the verses/(chopayee) and relates it to sewa:

“Mukh Prasann Tan Tej Biraja,
Keenhesi Ramchandra Kar Kaaja.”

The verse explains that when Hanumanji carries out Bhagwan Ram’s work with deep devotion and sincerity, His face radiates happiness, peace and divine brightness. It beautifully reflects how deep devotion brings inner joy and spiritual strength. Doing sewa is a blessing. When we serve with a happy and positive heart, we experience greater inner peace, contentment and joy. A cheerful mind and peaceful heart also contribute to our overall well-being.

May Shri Ram’s blessings always be with everyone.
Jai Shri Ram. Jai Shree Krishna
